With the help of Google's nifty graphs, for which i made functions (specifically the distribution of points between two stats) of AT vs AT% for the theoretical level 200, i found the ratios that give the highest damage.
For Boxer, 110/90 ratio for AT/AT% (same whether you choose direct or splash damage), the maximum damage is around 8000 for direct damage, and 600 for splash.
As for Sniper, approximately equal points into AT, arrows and pierce damage for a pierce chance of 100%, for the first enemy encountered by each arrow. (a higher pierce chance would change the ratios a bit, but there are way too many variables, and at level 200 the maximum total damage would be around 15 million anyways).
Single arrow damage peaks at a 105/95 ratio for AT/AT% for 100% pierce chance
Direct damage for Gladiator is a ratio of 127/73 for AT/Critical% for a 100% critical strike chance, slightly higher than boxer.
Wave damage point distribution is 120/80 for a 100% critical chance, which makes it greatly superior to the boxer against mobs (around 4000 damage).
rambling alert
Also, anyone feel like doing Magician? Because after this, it gets complicated and i have other things to try wrapping my feeble brain around at the moment.

The "approximate"ness in the Sniper damage is because of the pierce damage, which is part intuition part extrapolation from the Boxer ratio, but seems to be confirmed by inputting various values near my guess. And while i can see how the peak damage for each level can be done in 3D, I don't know what kind of multi dimensional abominations would be needed to visualize something that accounts for all stats of a class.
