Immutable Rules:
Rule Primus Imutam: If your post breaks any rules it will be ignored. Rule Diclarous: This post is Post Diclarous. Rule Dictorum: Satar is a Dictator Rule Fairo: With the exception of Rule Dictorum no rules may be biased. Rule Changum : With the exception of Post Diclarous each post can have up to one (no more than one) rule change. Rule Defino: A rule change is creating a mutable rule, altering a mutable rule, removing a mutable rule, transcending a mutable rule to a immutable rule, or visa versa. Rule Transa: Only dictators may transcend rules. Rule Dublo: No double posting. Rule Namus: All rules must have a unique name. Rule Godmodum: You cannot make a rule change and win in the same post. Rule Modifum: With the exception of Post Diclarous no posts may be modified after another post is posted. Rule Apointus: Only dictators can appoint dictators. Rule Ordero: Immutable rules overule mutable rules. Rule Defendus: No mutable rules can end the game. Rule Expletus Expletus Expletus Legis Nullus: Description is here.
Mutable Rules:
Rule Primus Mutam: To win make 100 posts in this thread without breaking any rules. Rule Elliptus: All posts must end in Ellipsis... Rule Extrarius Lingua Namus: (Addendum to Rule Namus) All rules must have a latinized name. Mutable Ignasceptrum: All mutable rules will be deleted if anyone changes this rule, removes this rule, transcends this rule, or to this rule adds the an ellipsis... Rule Terminus: This game cannot be ended. Mutable Rule Lex Elmach-i: All subsequent rule suggestions are to be located at the top of the post in which they are made... Rule Galaticus: All posts that amend rules must include a space battle somewhere in that post... Mutable Contralegis: Description is here. Mutable Terminus: Description is here. Rule Victorum: Desription is here. Equality of Rules:Description is here. ARPG Victory Rule:Description is here. danballforum.proboards.com/index.cgi?action=display&board=fgam&thread=1317&page=3#23989 to lazy to set up properly... To Be Continued...

Mutable Corollary to the Rule Apointus: The dictator(s) must make all posters of prime replies a dictator if they were not dictators when they posted and make them non-dictators if they were already dictators when they posted. As this is reply #1, and 1 is neither prime nor composite, the current dictator does not necessarily have to make this self-referencing poster a dictator.
Mutable Imperial Rule: No enemies of the Galactic Empire may post in this thread. Anyone who spams in this thread is considered an enemy of the Galactic Empire and will have their posts removed upon first notice.
Mutable Victory: Rule Primus Mutam is hereby amended to read "To win, be the only person to post prime replies with at least ten consecutive prime replies. For instance, if only one person made replies 2, 3, 5, 7, 11, 13, 17, 19, 23, and 29, then that person wins."
Mutable Metarule: There is now a third type of rule: quasimutable. Quasimutable rules are only mutable when a poster tries to mute it on a reply that is a term in the Fibonacci sequence, and are otherwise immutable. This rule, with the exception of this sentence, shall not take effect until a dictator approves this rule.
Mutable Mutablexplosiv: The game ends in loss for all if anyone changes this rule, removes this rule, transcends this rule, or to this rule adds the word ellipsis.

But you neither ended with ... or a CAPITAL Ellipsis. Loophole foiled.
New Rule: Rule Defendus: No mutable rules can end the game.
So it looks like I now have to appoint Veers and OwnedbyGlove as dictators, but Veers was just unappointed by the second part and I am unappointing OwnedbyGlove, but I am reappointing veers...
Mutable Mutablexplosiv: All mutable rules will be deleted if anyone changes this rule, removes this rule, transcends this rule, or to this rule adds the an ellipsis...

Alright, NOW am I a dictator? If so, NOW I approve the Mutable Metarule in full, ergo establishing a third class of rules to be known as "quasimutable"...
New Rule: Mutable Revision of Previously Removed Mutable Corollary of Rule Apointus in Three Parts, known for the sake of circumventing Rule Extrarius Lingua Namus as Mutable Nullus Legis. This rule states:
1) That Mutable Nullus Legis shall be rendered Immutable for all time, 2) That posting on a prime number will render the poster a Dictator, 3) That this rule cannot be modified in any shape or form, including rendering this rule Mutable, 4) That Mutable Rules shall be titled Mutable and Immutable rules as Rule.
Mutable Glaciessceptrum: If anyone alters, changes, transcends, removes or contradicts this rule with a new rule, no more posts can be made. Not even by a dictator, although the game hasn't technically ended.
Poison glove, slowly robbing you of your health in a hail of poisonous punches.
Mutable Expletus Expletus Expletus Legis Nullus Expletus Expletus Haud Ordum:
Article 1: (Expletus Expletus Expletus Legis Nullus Expletus Expletus Haud Ordum Res) I: Expletus Expletus Expletus Legis Nullus Expletus Expletus Haud Ordum is a rule. II: Expletus Expletus Expletus Legis Nullus Expletus Expletus Haud Ordum may be called Expletus Expletus Expletus Legis Nullus Expletus Expletus Haud Ordum. III: Expletus Expletus Expletus Legis Nullus Expletus Expletus Haud Ordum may be called Mutable Expletus Expletus Expletus Legis Nullus Expletus Expletus Haud Ordum if it is Mutable. IV: Expletus Expletus Expletus Legis Nullus Expletus Expletus Haud Ordum may be called Rule Expletus Expletus Expletus Legis Nullus Expletus Expletus Haud Ordum if it is Immutable. V: Expletus Expletus Expletus Legis Nullus Expletus Expletus Haud Ordum may not be called by any name other than in defined in Expletus Expletus Expletus Legis Nullus Expletus Expletus Haud Ordum Res II, Expletus Expletus Expletus Legis Nullus Expletus Expletus Haud Ordum Res III, and Expletus Expletus Expletus Legis Nullus Expletus Expletus Haud Ordum Res IV. VI: Articles of Expletus Expletus Expletus Legis Nullus Expletus Expletus Haud Ordum are to be titled by Expletus Expletus Expletus Legis Nullus Expletus Expletus Haud Ordum followed by the Article name. VII: Statements within said sections are to be identified via roman numeral and section. I.E, this statement is Expletus Expletus Expletus Legis Nullus Expletus Expletus Haud Ordum Res VII.
Article 2: (Expletus Expletus Expletus Legis Nullus Expletus Expletus Haud Ordum Postulo Factum) I: Mutable Expletus Expletus Expletus Legis Nullus Expletus Expletus Haud Ordum shall be rendered Immutable the next time a dictator posts. II: Modifying Expletus Expletus Expletus Legis Nullus Expletus Expletus Haud Ordum is not allowed. III: All references to the Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy must involve 42. IV: All rules must have at least two articles. V: All articles must have at least two statements. VI: All rules are to be separated from other rules via a horizontal rule. VII: All rule suggestions (after and including this one) are to be separated from the rest of the post via a horizontal rule. VIII: All rule suggestions (after and including this one) are to be at the top of the post the rule suggestion is in.
Mutable Glaciessceptrum: If anyone alters, changes, transcends, removes or contradicts this rule with a new rule, no more posts can be made. Not even by a dictator, although the game hasn't technically ended.

Mutable Contralegis:
Article I: No mutable rule can be made to have any effect if altered, changed, transcended, removed, contradicted by a different rule, or otherwise circumvented; or any combination of the listed effects or synonymous effects. This rule shall take effect immediately.
Article II: No quasimutable rule can be made to have any effect if altered, changed, transcended, removed, contradicted by a different rule, or otherwise circumvented; or any combination of the listed effects or synonymous effects. This rule shall take effect immediately...
Article III: No subsequent riders or legislative Christmas trees may be made in this game: all subsequent articles of a rule must be germane to the overall rule.
I like loopholes...
The loophole would work if you were a dictator that could transcend, but alas! Part 1 cannot have effect, according to Rule Transa, since you are not a dictator, and as such, according to Rule Primus Imutam, nothing from the rule can take effect until it is modified.
Mutable Glaciessceptrum: If anyone alters, changes, transcends, removes or contradicts this rule with a new rule, no more posts can be made. Not even by a dictator, although the game hasn't technically ended.
That breaks Rule Elliptus and, according to Rule Primus Imutam, ergo cannot take effect...

Veers has permission to modify Post Diclarous to make sure the rules are up to date. Managing Post Diclarous is so annoying.
Also, I believe that by Rule Ordero, Mutable Expletus Expletus Expletus Legis Nullus Expletus Expletus Haud Ordum is overruled, as the immutable rules only have one article....
Mutable Glaciessceptrum: If anyone alters, changes, transcends, removes or contradicts this rule with a new rule, no more posts can be made. Not even by a dictator, although the game hasn't technically ended.
Your post contradicts Mutable Ignasceptrum, Veers, therefore cannot take effect... An X-Wing explodes a TIE fighter...
Rule Ordero would not render Expletus Expletus Expletus Legis Nullus Expletus Expletus Haud Ordum invalid, as rules with one article can still take precedence over rules with multiple articles.
Expletus Expletus Expletus Legis Nullus Expletus Expletus Haud Ordum Postulum Factum II, or "Modifying Expletus Expletus Expletus Legis Nullus Expletus Expletus Haud Ordum is not allowed", does not prohibit editing posts, even those with Expletus Expletus Expletus Legis Nullus Expletus Expletus Haud Ordum. ...
Mutable Ignasceptrum: All mutable rules will be deleted if anyone changes this rule, removes this rule, transcends this rule, or to this rule adds the an ellipsis...
I'm sorry, but the only thing that would happen is that all mutable rules would be deleted. My rule can still take effect: it would just get deleted immediately afterward and then cease to have effect, as would Rule Ignasceptrum. Speaking of which, there are some mutable rules that need deleting...
Also, concerning Rule Glaciessceptrum, I believe that, if a game ceases to have any new posts, it dies and is considered ended. Because of that, a mutable rule would be ending the game. Rule Defendus does not allow that, so by extension, Rule Glaciessceptrum cannot be enacted. I'll let Ganon interpret the technicalities of "a game still not having ended despite that a thread can no longer receive new posts and dies"...
