Mutable Contralegis:
Article I: No mutable rule can be made to have any effect if altered, changed, transcended, removed, contradicted by a different rule, or otherwise circumvented; or any combination of the listed effects or synonymous effects. This rule shall take effect immediately.
Article II: No quasimutable rule can be made to have any effect if altered, changed, transcended, removed, contradicted by a different rule, or otherwise circumvented; or any combination of the listed effects or synonymous effects. This rule shall take effect immediately...
Article III: No subsequent riders or legislative Christmas trees may be made in this game: all subsequent articles of a rule must be germane to the overall rule.
Darn it, I was trying to add an explanation of why Rule Glaciesceptrum cannot take effect. Oh well, I struck out the modification and reposted it here...
Also, concerning Rule Glaciessceptrum, I believe that, if a game ceases to have any new posts, it dies and is considered ended. Because of that, a mutable rule would be ending the game. Rule Defendus does not allow that, so by extension, Rule Glaciessceptrum cannot be enacted. I'll let Ganon interpret the technicalities of "a game still not having ended despite that a thread can no longer receive new posts and dies"...
That part of Article II of your rule would invalidate the Immutable rules, which are also rules but do not even have articles; but the immutable rules cannot be muted AND they take precedence over mutable rules, so your rule which does offend the immutable rules cannot take effect. According to Rule Primus Imutam, your entire rule gets invalidated all because Section IV, Article II is "offensive"...
Also, Kuraikiba, your post didn't follow Rule Galacticus, so, according to Rule Primus Imutam, your rule cannot take effect..
...and the A-Wing went out of control and struck the Executor's bridge! Since neither had shields, the bridge was damaged and the Super Star Destroyer collapsed into the Death Star II. Darn rebel scum...
Veers, when a game dies, it does not end, but just hovers there unfinished. Therefore it is able to take effect, and using roundabout ideas will not work...

I'll let Ganon decide that for himself, since he is the game creator after all...
I would have made this post a chance to promote Rule Galacticus to quasimutable, but it seems that, by muting Rule Ignasceptrum, I rid of Mutable Metarule (which I apparently forgot to put up on the board anyhow).
If your rule does make it through because Ganon agrees with your interpretation (which I somehow doubt, but is still very possible), then all replies after Reply #30 (the reinstallation of Mutable Contralegis) would be illegal posts...
Article 1: (Expletus Expletus Expletus Legis Nullus Res) I: Expletus Expletus Expletus Legis Nullus is a rule. II: Expletus Expletus Expletus Legis Nullus may be called Expletus Expletus Expletus Legis Nullus. Article 2: (Expletus Expletus Expletus Legis Nullus Postulo Factum) I: Expletus Expletus Expletus Legis Nullus shall be rendered Immutable the next time a dictator posts. II: Modifying Expletus Expletus Expletus Legis Nullus is not allowed. III: All rules (after and including Expletus Expletus Expletus Legis Nullus) must have at least two articles, inclusive. X: The statement referenced in Expletus Expletus Expletus Legis Nullus Postulo Factum VIII and Expletus Expletus Expletus Legis Nullus Postulo Factum IX are required to be placed in Article 1 of the rule. Aren't loopholes fun?
Still, Expletus Expletus Expletus Legis Nullus Expletus Expletus Haud Ordum is annoying...

And yes. It does not invalidate Contralegis III. You're getting closer, but Expletus Expletus Expletus Legis Nullus Postulo Factum I is still problematic, as that would mean the section itself makes the rule immutable under the defined circumstances, rather than the dictator transcending the rule. As such, that goes against Rule Transus, and according to Rule Primus Imutam, the entirety of Expletus Expletus Expletus Legis Nullus becomes null and void.
I do agree that Expletus Expletus Expletus Legis Nullus isn't a Christmas Tree, so it does not contradict Mutable Contralegis III. I think everything else is good, too, although I would prefer to have an abbreviated form to post on the front post, for the sake of conserving space...
Article 1: (Expletus Expletus Expletus Legis Nullus Res) I: Expletus Expletus Expletus Legis Nullus is a rule. II: Expletus Expletus Expletus Legis Nullus may be called Expletus Expletus Expletus Legis Nullus, which may be abbreviated as EEELN. III: Expletus Expletus Expletus Legis Nullus may be called Mutable Expletus Expletus Expletus Legis Nullus if it is Mutable at the time of the post. Mutable EEELN is a suitable abbreviation. IV: Expletus Expletus Expletus Legis Nullus may be called Rule Expletus Expletus Expletus Legis Nullus if it is Immutable at the time of the post. Rule EEELN is a suitable abbreviation. Expletus Expletus Expletus Legis Nullus Expletus Expletus Haud Ordum (Version 1) was designed to be as annoying as possible, as well as showing some loopholes. Expletus Expletus Expletus Legis Nullus (Version 2) and the current version had the same design principle.
Here is a shorter version:
Expletus Expletus Expletus Legis Nullus (EEELN) (Full version found here): Article 1 (EEELN Res) EEELN is a rule. EEELN may be called Expletus Expletus Expletus Legis Nullus, which may be abbreviated as EEELN. EEELN may be called Mutable Expletus Expletus Expletus Legis Nullus if it is Mutable at the time of the post. Mutable EEELN is a suitable abbreviation. EEELN may be called Rule Expletus Expletus Expletus Legis Nullus if it is Immutable at the time of the post. Rule EEELN is a suitable abbreviation. EEELN may not be called by any name other than defined in EEELN Res II, III, or IV. (Abbreviations allowed) Articles of EEELN are to be titled by EEELN or Expletus Expletus Expletus Legis Nullus, followed by the Article name. Statements within said articles are to be identified via roman numeral and article. (I.E, this statement is EEELN Res VII.)
Article 2: (EEELN Postulo Factum) The next dictator to post is required to make EEELN Immutable. Modifying EEELN is not allowed. All rules (after and including EEELN) must have at least two articles, inclusive. All articles must have at least two statements, inclusive. All rules are to be separated from other rules via a horizontal rule. All rule suggestions (after and including EEELN) are to be separated from the rest of the post via a horizontal rule. All rule suggestions (after and including EEELN) are to be at the top of the post the rule suggestion is in. All rules (after and including EEELN) are required to state that they are rules. All rules (after and including EEELN) are required to state how the rule, articles within the rule, and statements within the articles are to be called. The statement referenced in EEELN Postulo Factum VIII and IX are required to be placed in Article 1 of the rule. (That was EEELN Postulo Factum X)

I think that works. I have transcended it, and just in time too - the rebel scum almost spotted my starfighter. Unfortunately, the first post is now rather bulky. I didn't put horizontal rules between the stricken rules because they are technically no longer rules - just void statements...
Actually, if your rule was put in AFTER glaciessceptrum, nothing would happen. After all, you rule only said that you couldn't make something to have that effect, therefore mutable ignasceptrum wasn't actually triggered.
Poison glove, slowly robbing you of your health in a hail of poisonous punches.
Mutable Terminus Article 1: Terminus Res I: Terminus is a rule. II: Terminus may be called Terminus. III: Articles within Terminus may be referenced by "Terminus" followed by the article name. IV: Statements within articles may be referenced by the article name. V: To explain Terminus Res IV, this statement is Terminus Res V. Article 2: Terminus Postulo Factum I: Terminus Postulo Factum I may not be modified. II: For the rest of this article, "Ending" the game is when it is impossible for anybody to post a legal post. III: The game cannot be ended.
It is very difficult to even make a rule because of EEELN, especially in article EEELN Postulo Factum. It is made more difficult when you are surrounded by alien spacecraft intent on blowing you to bits...

Rule Victorum:
Article 1: Victorum Res I: Rule Victorum is a rule. II: Rule Victorum may be called Victorum or Rule Victorum . III: Articles within Victorum may be referenced by "Victorum" followed by the article name. IV: Statements within articles may be referenced by the article name. V: To explain Victorum Res IV, this statement is Victorum Res V.
Article 2: Victorum Postulo Factum I: Victorum Postulo Factum I may not be modified. II: If a player wins Chaos Reborn the game does not end. III: A player who has one the game may still post in Chaos Reborn. IV: There may be multiple ways to win Chaos Reborn. V: All ways to win Chaos Reborn must be stated in a rule or across multiple rules.
And so Luke Skywalker sploded the Deathstar with a missile or something....
Equality of Rules Article 1: Equality of Rules - What this is I: Equality of Rules is a rule. II: Equality of Rules may be called Equality of Rules. III: EoR can be used anywhere "Equality of Rules" can be used. IV: Articles within EoR may be referenced by "Equality of Rules" followed by a hyphen followed by the Article name. VI: Statements within articles may be referenced by the article name followed by the statement number. VII: To explain EoR - What this is VI, this statement is EoR - What this is VII. Article 2: Equality of Rules - What this does I: All rules that do not precede this rule may only affect rules that do not precede them. II: All effects of rules that do not precede this rule must be able to affect any person, given posting a certain way. III: All effects of rules must, given a suitable set of an infinite amount of posts, occur an infinite amount of times, without breaking a previous law. And my spaceship was griefed by a lawmaker. So annoying... especially when they blow you up.
Don't you love loopholes? Rule Extrarius Lingua Namus was removed. So was Rule Elliptus...

Unfortunately, that post violates Rule EEELN Postulo Factum VI.
Thus, I am sorry to say that AVR cannot be accepted.

Actually the reason AVR failed was because it had no space battle, not because it had no line break. Since your last post has no space battle I'm sending my deathstar the laser AL.
