NationStates is a free nation simulation game. Build a nation and run it according to your own warped political ideals. Create a Utopian paradise for society's less fortunate or a totalitarian corporate police state. Care for your people or deliberately oppress them. Join the World Assembly or remain a rogue state. It's up to you.

Anyways, yeah, it's a massive multiplayer simulation RPG-thingy. You make your own country with it's own name, flag, and government system, and you watch it grow. Issues come up and you determine your government's stance on them, and pass legislation on them which causes your country's government to evolve and reshape itself.
But that's not the half of it. There's also a lot of multiplayer interaction and RPing involved, which is where the game becomes really fun. You work together with other players to pass worldwide legislation in a UN-type environment. You can also make your own region, gather your friends together, and even set up an RP government among yourselves.
Now, straight to the point: Me and Memzak have set up a region called Danballia just for us, and we would like you guys to set up a country and join it! The more people we get, the more fun it'll be! ;D
If you're interested in starting up and playing with us, here's a few resources to help you out!
