We already worked out the system by rank with a modified version of Veers' equation. Maybe a modified version for the rank system?

Also, I do believe we have 25 ranks, not 20. Do we just remove the highest five, or do we choose five of the intermediate ones to remove, or something else?

What about this: Have ten stars for 21, 22, and 23, but 11 for 24 and 25? If that doesn't work, 13 and 14 could have 8, while everything after that until 22 has 9, 23 and 24 have 10, and 25 has 11?

...or I could simply change the function to be S(r) = 10 - 10(0.05)r/25, thereby accomodating 25 ranks instead of 20, but part of our doing this is so that we only go to 10 stars with not as many ranks as we currently have. I just want to know which ranks we intended to cut away...

I'm all fine with the modification of the equation, but I'm not happy with the rank names.
Supreme shouldn't be above Omnipotent. Perhaps switch their places?

Actually, Supreme means (from Latin), above. Omnipotent just indicates the knowledge of everything.

Yep, seems to fit just fine. Supreme is pretty high up there. Maybe below God, but certainly above Omnipotent.

I still think Omnipotent should be above supreme! I mean it's even a bigger word!
In my eyes it looks nicer and fits better. Or, we could rename Omnipotent to Omnisupreme? The Supreme of everything.

Alright, I'll modify the equation to adapt to the number of ranks we have. We can discuss the rank names or post amounts afterwards, since they shouldn't affect the number of stars a given rank will have.
EDIT: You might notice that the number of stars you have changed. There is no problem. The stars counts have been updated to fit an exponential algorithm.

What about a Dan-Ball calender? It would mark Dan ball holidays, member birthdays, important events, contest ends, and the like.

Speaking of DB Holidays, we seem to be in a pretty large gap. I guess it can be somewhat filled with the winter holidays, but we still have a decent gap going on. Ideas? All mine are stuffed with ego. Seriously, they include Triumvirate Day, Veers day, TSL day, Qwerty Day, Nonja Day... This is why I don't suggest ideas.
Maybe a Frogmaster Day? Like the US has Washington Day?

Haha, those are indeed filled with administrator ego... XD How about a talk like general veers day? I mean it was never really made official, but it would be funny to have an actual calendar event for it.
Or how about an ALL CAPS day? (Yes this is a very bad idea)
Or, how about non-forum day? A day where everyone on the forum must not post on the forum for 24 hours and can only post on other random websites, like the minecraft forum, with advertisements for the Dan-Ball Forum. (basically a large advertising event)

Seriously, they show way to few topics. They kill off many threads that get bumped off the list. (because many people are too lazy to actually open up the board and post from there)
