Immutable Rules:
Rule Primus: If a post does not break any rules that were in existance at the time of posting it is valid. If a post breaks any rules that existed at the time of posting it is invalid.
Rule Diclarous Alpha: This post is Post Diclarous and no other post is Post Diclarous.
Rule Diclarous Beta: Post Diclarous is special. It is meant to record rules as they are and where in the past and it does not need follow the same rules as other posts.
Rule Diclarous Gamma: No post may be declared special except for Post Diclarous.
Rule Namos: Every rule must have a name starting with the word "Rule".

Rule Votus: A proposed action is to be placed in the proposed actions section of Post Diclarous. The action does not take effect until 3 different people approve the action. If 2 people vote against the proposed action it is removed. A player may vote for or against as many rules as they want in a post and voting does not count as a rule change.
Rule Formerum: No new rule may contradict existing rules.
Rule Biasor: A rule may not be bias to any player.
Rule Godmoddus: Common rules cannot state how to win the game.
Rule Forca: A rule may not force another player to approve an action or to vote against an action.
Rule Terminus: No rule change may make the game unplayable. The game is considered unplayable if it is impossible to make all the rules changes stated in Rule Changum.
Rule Setta: Immutable rules, exalted rules, and common rules are rule sets. A common rule cannot create a new rule set.
Rule Dubblous: Double posting is not allowed.
Rule Modicus: With the exception of Post Diclarous no post is to be modified after another post is made after it.
Rule Victorum: There may be multiple winning conditions at one time. Multiple players can win the game. Winners will be placed in the winners section, along with how they won the game.
Exalted Rules:
Rule Victorous Alpha: If a player creates 100 valid posts they win the game.

Players may elect a president using the action system. Once a player is elected they become the President of Chaos, and the previous president of Chaos will be demoted. If an action to impeach the President of Chaos is passed then the office of President will be made vacant.
