Perhaps we shouldn't lynch anyone...

Never lynch on the first day

Oh, yeah, my bad. Nevermind, random votes bad then.

Also, I'm already suspicious of draxxor. He made a post about everyone being more careful about their choices. Now, it'd not be natural for him to worry much about this because last game he made it all the way to the final three. No, drax is right to be wary of people this game. He only made it to the final three last time because it was better to kill him off later in the game.

Er, Mach. Can I find somebody to replace me in the game?

Vertigo, that's very helpful. "better to be killed off later in the game". Yeah. -_-

Aww Vertigo do you have to leave?

I'm just saying, if we don't lynch anyone, we lose 1 (2?) people, and then we have.. erm.. 5(4) townies, 3 mafia, and a serial killer. Which is not good at all. I think we will almost be at LyLo by Day 3.
So we really should lynch someone. I don't remember who I last lynched, so...
Vertigo because of his.. ah... non-commital position towards human life.

I change my vote. Vertigo. If he wants to be gone, so be it. This'll simplify the process.

|
|
Post by Vertigo on May 6, 2011 2:18:51 GMT
And how will killing me "simplify the process"? You don't know what I am, so killing me without waiting for my replacement is like randomly lynching a townie.
Odd, you two seemed to be against that very thing before...

|
|
Post by GGoodie on May 6, 2011 2:59:52 GMT
Yea. He isn't leaving he is being replaced, meaning someone will take his place. In essence all your doing is randomly lynching that person.

Yes...
Qwerty, stop following my random lynches. Meatshield

Post by Elmach on May 6, 2011 3:23:44 GMT
Can we have a prod (PM him) on Meatshield? If he doesn't respond, can he be replaced?

Post by Qwerty on May 6, 2011 3:33:53 GMT
Ah, he's being replaced? By whom? Anyway, I retract my vote.

Vert, I picked you because of how you typed and by random number generator.
Then Tempy followed...

Let's start a bandwagon on Meatshield!
(The purpose of this will be revealed later...)

Bandwagons with an unrevealed purpose? Lolno.
He left the game anyway. Got impatient waiting for it to start.

Vert, I picked you because of how you typed and by random number generator. Then Tempy followed... This makes no sense. Why would you use a random number generator when we SAID that random voting would most likely harm us? And what do you mean "how I typed"? It was obvious that I was referring to the last game, because drax isn't dead in this one. And yes, I killed you all last time, yes I was manipulative, and yes I had fun doing it. Now how does admiting all of thise have any affect whatsoever on this game? Plus your whole "Let's vote for meatshield, I'll reveal why later" thing makes me highly wary of you.Of course, I'm still leaving if I can get a replacement.

Post by Draxorion on May 6, 2011 21:13:19 GMT
Hm... Vertigo, that makes a point open. Maybe Elmach is the cop.
|
|
|
Post by Vertigo on May 6, 2011 21:36:22 GMT
Elmach's "unrevealed" reasoning on why we should Bandwagon on Meatshield isn't based on the cop position.
A night hasn't passed yet, so even if he's the cop, he'd have no reasoning to bandwagon him. Which of course, increases my suspicion.

|
Post by Draxorion on May 6, 2011 21:37:56 GMT
We can question why he tells us to Bandwagon. Seems so, correct?

Post by Elmach on May 6, 2011 23:48:09 GMT
*sighs*
I think I'm just bad at these games of mafia.
Everywhere else, it has been PROVED that the Random-Voting Stage is the MOST IMPORTANT part of the game. It helps the town win. Usually.
But nooo, everyone here is acting like mafia when voted for.
So I tried the next method. Starting a bandwagon, and seeing who jumps on.
And of course, that only works in the extremely advanced games of mafia.
You know what? I'm going to go on gut feeling and Temporarily9

|
Post by Qwerty on May 7, 2011 0:29:48 GMT
What's our current vote tally, anyway? Also, Elmach, feelings get you nowhere in this game.
|
|
|
Post by Elmach on May 7, 2011 1:44:32 GMT
Actually, most of the mafia games I've watched were won by gut feeling.
Or lost by lack of it.

We'll see about that, Elmach.
