Nitty Gritty: Eight-person game, two mafia, one vigilante, one pariah, one cop, not bothering with the doctor, none with those actual names in-game. This game starts on a night-cycle, but a deathless one. Nights are 24 hours, days 48, voting to extend and shorten are still allowed. The standard Aperture Science employee is the civilian, the insane one is the Vigilante, the ones under mind control are the Mafia, and the rogue AI is the Pariah. There, I got all the important info out in the beginning. Flavor text is here, but not exactly "active" yet, so to speak. The game hasn't started.

The players wake up in glass rooms. The rooms have desks with clipboards and empty cups, as well as toilets and beds. Each room has a large number over the door. They are sitting in a larger, plain, white room, in a circle, with their doors facing the center. The doors are closed. In the middle is a round table with eight large chairs. Eight tubes are visible in the ceiling, over the table and near the chairs. A robotic female voice is heard, seemingly out of nowhere.
Hello, and (again) welcome to the Aperture Science Computer Aided Enrichment Center. We hope your brief detention in the relaxation vaults has been a pleasant one. Your specimens have been processed, and we are now ready to begin the test proper.
Before we start, however, keep in mind that although fun and learning are two important Enrichment Center goals, serious injuries may occur. For your own safety, and the safety of others, please refrain from [gibberish] and random lynches.
We have awoken eight of you from cryogenic freezing to help us test our new line of Aperture Science Vital Life Function Termination Devices. Of you, three are standard Aperture Science employees, one has been injected with a mix of Aperture Science Insanity-Inducing Poison, one of you is a discontinued brand of Aperture Science Virtual Personality inside a reanimated human body, one of you is a psychologist, and two of you are under the control of the Aperture Science Mind-Control-Inducing Brain Chip.
The lighting in our facility will change from day to night, repeatedly. When the lighting is in "day" mode, you will be free to wander within the confines of our testing chamber. You may select one other test subject to euthanize. If, by the end of the day, one of you has been selected more frequently than others, then that test subject will be subjected to one of our Aperture Science Vital Life Function Termination Devices, and the remaining test subjects will return to their relaxation vault for Test Subject Restoration, known commonly as sleep. Should you decide that the day cycle should be concluded early, you may collectively vote to shorten the day.
During the night, the test subjects of the Aperture Science Mind-Control-Inducing Brain Chip will agree upon another test subject to euthanize. Likewise, the test subject of the Aperture Science Insanity-Inducing Poison will do the same. The psychologist will be allowed to take the time to consider another test subject and determine the control of their actions. Please note that the discontinued Aperture Science Virtual Personality, the test subjects of the Aperture Science Mind-Control-Inducing Brain Chip, and the test subject of the Aperture Science Insanity-Inducing Poison will all return a "positive".
The test will conclude when one of several conditions are met. It can conclude when the only survivors are those that are not testing the Aperture Science Mind-Control-Inducing Brain Chip or the Aperture Science Insanity-Inducing Poison. It can also conclude when the only survivor is the test subject of the Aperture Science Insanity-Inducing Poison or the test subject of the Aperture Science Mind-Control-Inducing Brain Chip.
Cake and grief counseling will be available at the conclusion of the test. Please note that an independent panel of ethicists has absolved the Enrichment Center, all test subjects, and employees for the euthanization process. When the testing is over, you will be... missed!
We will begin with a night cycle. I will allow the psychologist to choose one test subject to analyze.
The lights dim.
