I think so too. Stick Ranger's a long game, I don't think there would be a completely new element out there.
But, speaking of weapons, I think there will be more weapons in the state that they are in now. (Claw, Blade, Chain, Atom, etc.) What could they be? We can probably guess by looking at the pattern of weapons...

However, such Dark's Card wouldn't appear so soon, seeing that it took a hell of a while for an appearence modifying card to appear.

He did that with quite a few things. After all, there's been one, so there's probably going to be more. Perhaps it could come as the drop other than Vampire's Card 5 for the next Megaboss.

Let's try to deduct a patern like always, huh: Castle Boss-Onigiri's Card-->Helps recover LP, survival card SM Shrine Boss-Gold Rush's Card-->Helps get more gold, special purpose card Pyramid Boss-Zombie Card-->Gives more LP, survival card Snow Castle Boss- -->Special Purpose Card? ha55ii's almost never consistent on patterns, but it's just a guess.

An EXP Card could do this too:
EXP card - Has 10% chance of doubling the EXP given.

If every boss card does something by hit, the Exp card would be, like I suggested in another thread, increasing your exp after a hit. Gold rush drops gold, onigiri drops onigiris and exp would make you gain exp.

AlchmistFaust has a good point. But I don't exactly understand how you get extra experience per hit. Is it like, you get +x% experience for every time you hit?

Yes, for instance, 5% chance of +30 exp per hit. Would finish with the max level thing, as you would be able to up your character just with a mob to fight.

Perhaps the Exp Card would only work like you have one, even if you have more. That could fix the problem.
One thing I always thought would be better was giving each character individual levels, but decreasing a little the exp required for them to level up.
