You would post the idea on the Contest Ideas board, it would undergo review, and it may or may not become official. Then it would have dan-ball and badge prizes.

But it would have to contend with our other ideas, so there is a chance it may not be accepted. But then again, there is a chance it may. It's worth a try...

It's general enough to be a pretty awesome contest. We just need judging, prizes, that sort of thing.
