What is more badass, a Pirate, or a Ninja?

Well, I like how you poke fun of TheShadowLord's attempt at a good debate by reincorporating his rules for a topic that cannot ever be serious...

Nah!
Anyways!
In a battle, I think a pirate would probably win. And you can't sneak on a ship in the middle of the water very well unless it is docked. Plus pirates come in groups. I don't know if ninjas do any of these.

www.comicjk.com/comic.php/7Well, one thing must be asked: do you mean ninjas, or do you mean nonjas? If you mean ninjas, then of course pirates would be better - in fact, anything would win a fight against a ninja if what the nonjas say about ninjas is correct. If you mean nonjas, then that's a different question altogether from the ninja question...

Nonjas...
I don't know. Modern-Day pirates vs modern-day ninjas nonjas? Who would win. I'd go with nonjas, but the Pirates could do some damage.

Well, we have to consider the battlefield here. Modern-day Nonjas in their base, postmodern, future, ancient ninjas, etc. If it were actually on a ship controlled by the pirates, the ninjas wouldn't stand a chance (although the Nonjas could beat them out of sheer numbers), but... well, I guess it depends on setting.

Where else would pirates be?

Modern pirates, ancient pirates, futuristic spice-pirates, music pirates, the SPA... There are a wide variety of pirates.

Or, you know, torrenting. Or in a pub on the shore during shore leave. Or both.

All pirates are a force to be reckoned with, nonja is, what, a group of 50 teenagers and kids on the interwebs?

We're talking about Nonjas, not the people controlling them.

Yeah but, nonjas are the people controlling them. If we're talking about the "nonjas" you've made up, they're even weaker, as they don't really exist. Only those that control them actually exist.
I think pirates won.

I'm talking about the fictional ones. Nobody that RPs as a Nonja is actually a nonja, obviously. At any rate, between pirates and ninjas, I still think Ninjas would be able to win. They'd never go into a situation that is tactically disadvantaged to them, like onto a ship with pirates on it, whereas the pirates do come on the shore at times.

That depends to which side they "fall" more. Are they more pirates or are they more ninjas?

I'd say General Veers got the point already: even a cross between a ninja and a pirate wont satnd a chance up against a nonja

Only of you believe will it come true but try not to jinx it. You should see the arguments at school I mean anyone with common sense will know that for the Olympic games 5hundeedmillion wristbands is stupid yet only I saw the flaw which is children and old people might not buy them not all aldult needs them and that's about an eighteenth of the worlds population based aeeound London suddenly.

i don't understand how London and the 2012 olympics relate to pirates & ninjas... I guess there is a possibility of a nonja attack on the games, but there is only a small chance of pirate vs ninja happening there
