OOC: Fireball post... anytime now...
There was news that we'd have to wait a bit longer for the last devastator. This was bad news for those attacking the gates as it means they'd have to hold out longer. I began briefing my team on specifics about or mission. Most of them were standard Cytronians but there were two Masterminds who came in the other two Devastators. Which leaves us with about 36 Cytronians, 2 Mastermind and I. I really hope that last Devastator can make it.

Memzak asked me to go and search for the last devastator and escort it to the phoenix base. I went out without hesitation.

As our brave soldier 1tronfan set out to find and escort the last devastator to the base I made the decision that we cannot keep this full frontal siege up much longer. I gave the command for everyone to retreat. That should give 1tronfan enough time to find the last Devastator and perhaps give time for another Devastator team to prepare. The Memzakian Army retreated again and would wait for the reinforcements, which I got word was joining us within the hour. Those 10 MBT1's and 20000 Cytronians are direly needed in this battle.
My squad finished preparations and we all split up into three groups. Each group had a different objective. The two mastermind groups' prime objectives were to somehow deactivate the defensive turrets and/or turn them on our side. Their secondary objective was to hack into the Phoenix Federation computer systems and extract as much information as possible. My prime objective was to scout the area and build a map of the interior of the base. My secondary objective being to wait for the reinforcments to arrive, the second full scale frontal attack to begin and for that last Devastator to make it inside.
"Good luck 1tronfan. I hope we find that last Devastator." I said over the encrypted communications.
Estimated Time of Reinforcements: Next Post

Sorry for the lack of activity the last week I've been busy elsewhere.
"As much as I am a charge head on kind of person I agree with retreating, as much as I hate it, theres not much we can do without reinforcements." I say over the comm while I run alongside Memzak and see Tronfan's plane pass overhead.

The reinforcements arrived on time, to the relief of many. Our attacking force almost doubled and our ranks were bolstered by newly manufactured MBT1s. The second full frontal assault was preparing itself.

OCC: I'm going to be busy for the last few weeks of summer vacation, Ill be able to get on every Sunday (Maybe some more times in the week but that doesnt open up very often)
"No, Tronfan I'll attack with Memzak and the rest of the commanders." I said over the communication, "Memzak, as soon as you give the word, we'll charge the enemy possibly take them by suprise since they think we retreated permenatly."
