How do I fix the problem that says the plug in is not supported. I have the latest version of Java.

The reason that it says the plugin is not supported is because Google Chrome is trying to get rid of Java with every update they make. Try using Firefox. It worked for me.

There is a way to use Java with Chrome, but it involves tinkering with settings and apparently won't work after the next update anyway, so just use firefox.
