*Meanwhile in orbit around the moon, the 5 capsules have successfully docked with each other. The space station has been assembled. Part II of the project, the expansion capsules, has been completed. 5 more rockets take off from Shadowloria, and the manned capsules fly towards the moon.*

*Lord Shadow sends a transmission to General Veers.*
Lord Shadow:"Greetings, General Veers. It is my great pleasure to inform you that Shadowloria's Project Utopia is nearly complete. We are forever grateful to the IPN, and I invite you to come join us in Britain for a huge celebration.

"Yes, I will gladly come to Great Britain to join you in your celebration. I also have some good news to share with you: we have just now completed the second part of the joint project and began the third part. The third part will be done rather shortly, and the project in its entirety will be ready rather soon."
*General Veers contacts Alpha 001.*
"Alpha 001, will you take over the operations for a while? I will be headed to Great Britain to discuss Project Utopia and the unmanning project."
"Very well, Lord Veers. Be wary, as you will likely be targeted while war is waging. The armies are ready for deployment, should that be necessary, and our electromagnetic accelerators are up and operational. If anyone makes a false move, it'll regret it."
*Now that the EMP bombs have once again been dropped on the Cairo base, the proximity sensors are fried. But, as we all know, the Shadowlorians are a ridiculously paranoid people. So all the troops walk back to the entrance to the base. Then the commander sends in 5 troops to free the hostages. Simultaneously, a reinforcement army has arrived from Sudan and is less than a mile south of the base by now.*

He is not a game moderator. Claiming you placed detectors a page back is not allowed. Besides, if you even had them in the building they would be fried.
The Nonjas send a public message that they applaud the mass slaughter and claim they will assist the Tenktinites with aid if needed.
NF2: Well, this is the common [name here] weapon. It is used by [use description here], and it does [effect description here]. It'll have a bonus of 20 once we find out how it works and mass-produce it. As-is, we only have about a thousand. Now, you may want to stand back, some of these guns can go badly when they are opened.
NF2 gets a sharp knife in his robot-assisted (cyborg?) hand, and, knowing how to open the weapon from experience, opens it up.
Now, observe the inside. It seems to work by [techno-babble], but I haven't yet figured out what is used to make the [techno-babble]. Also, this version is more advanced than the ones I used to completely disassemble back in the Nonja Fighter camp. I spent much of my time as a prisoner working on the [weapon part], but I did assemble them for a short while.
In essence, I'll need help with [techno-babble] before we can produce them for us, but these should work fine.

Out of Context: If he isn't a moderator, then he can't make his battle results official until a game moderator performs the calculation. His battle results are ergo invalid.
*General Veers arrives in Great Britain, presumably without any harm.*
"Alpha 001, I have arrived."
"Very good, my lord. I have some good news to share, myself. We have completed the third part of the four-part joint project with Shadowloria and Sranger, and we have finished recruiting five armies in Corsica. In three moments or so, we will also finish the HMIIPN."
"Ah, very good. Thank you for the good news, as I will now have even more to share with Lord Shadow. Keep up the good work."
OOC: The only problem is, if I tell a game moderator to do it, it kind of ruins the spontaneity of the rebels' attacks. Because, then, I have to wait until the next time they post (if ever) for the attack to happen. I also figured, since it is MY rebellion and nation, I should just handle it myself. I believe I stated that somewhere like the first page of the new forum. But if someone else wants to handle it, fine by me. I've done it three times now with no argument. All Tenktinite bonuses are double that of what they say because they have the element of surprise.

*General Veers waits on the verdana for the celebration to begin. In the meanwhile, an empty space in the queue appeared when recruitment in Corsica was finished.*
*Lord Shadow straightens his robes, looks around at the gleaming city of Salazar around him, and with a devilishly handsome smile on his face, steps up to the microphone.*
Lord Shadow:"My beloved citizens of the Shadowlorian Empire!!! Welcome!!!"
*The crowd erupts into monstrous applause.*
Lord Shadow:"We are gathered here today to witness a turning point in Shadowlorian history, and the beginning of a new future! It seems like only yesterday that Shadowloria was just a hasty collection of individual countries. Some of them were developed, but some of them were terribly lawless, unsophisticated, and low-tech. They had been holding Shadowloria back for a very long time. That will go on no longer! Now all of Shadowloria is an up-to-date, evenly advanced metropolis! It is my extremely great pleasure that I announce the completion of Project Utopia!!!"
*More applause.*
Lord Shadow:"But before we begin the festivities, we must thank General Veers of the IPN for his support which made this project possible!"
*Lord Shadow beckons to a servant. The servant picks up an ornately decorated box sitting on a table. He walks over to Lord Shadow. Lord Shadow sets down the box, opens it slowly, and pulls out a shiny golden medallion. The ribbon of the medallion has two stripes; One purple and one black, the colors of Shadowloria. Lord Shadow ushers General Veers up next to the microphone.*
Lord Shadow:"General Veers, leader of the IPN. Our country is forever indebted to yours. It is with great pleasure that I bestow upon you this prestigious award. The Shadowlorian Medal of Honor!"
*Lord Shadow drapes the medallion over General Veer's neck. The crowd erupts into more cheers as Lord Shadow smiles and puts his arm around General Veers. When the cheering dies down, he ushers General Veers back to his seat. Lord Shadow beckons to the servant again, who brings Lord Shadow an ornately decorated box, much bigger than the last one. Lord Shadow opens the box and pulls out a huge pair of scissors. He opens the scissors and raises them out over a symbolic red ribbon that has been tied between two pillars of the veranda.*
Lord Shadow:"Ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls, beloved citizens of the Shadowlorian Empire. I present you... Shadowloria, reborn!!!!!"
*Snip*
*The citizens roar with applause. Music begins playing and the party begins.*

NF2 (watching speech on TV): Ah, what a wonderful time. Now, you guys can help by trying to determine [technical info here] and figuring out what [this] is made of, and how we can manufacture it. I suppose we can start with an anti-mass spectrometer? No? Very well, a normal spectrometer should do fine.
*Scientist 1 takes it over to a spectrometer and examines it.*
Scientist 1:"Hmm... It seems it is made of [substance]. Hmm... Yes, and the [techno babble] design is very doable. We have lots of [substance] readily available."
*Meanwhile, construction on the Lunar Base and Lunar Army Barracks has begun.*

NF2: Excellent! We should be able to manufacture this one in mere posts.
Now for the bio-support systems. Having been locked up with this thing, I know somewhat how it works. It operates completely naturally, mostly with plants but with a few insects. Mostly bacteria and algae, though. Most of them are genetically engineered, with a few produced just for this purpose. In just the right mix, it stabilizes the system by [technobabble]. Ultimately, what it does is balance the levels of oxygen and carbon dioxide, while also producing food for the Nonjas onboard. Some of the bacteria even work to generate electricity. Essentially, it is almost everything one needs for survival in an extended stay in a capsule. We'll need you to work out the exact balances and locations in the different samples, and find the DNA of all the systems. This should be easy, but it'll take some pretty hard work to analyze the genetically engineered bacteria.
*Scientist 2 takes the samples and puts them into a genetic analyzer machine doohickey. Then he waits 5 minutes or so for the machine to completely figure out the genetic codes of the specimens. He presses a button and the machine prints out a few sheets of data.*
Scientist 2:"Aha... It seems this [bacteria] is made of [geneticbabble] by doing [technobabble]... And if we look down here, it seems this other [bacteria] is made of [geneticbabble] using the same process... Oh, this next one's a teensy bit complicated. It seems it requires [biologybabble]. It combines [geneticbabble] with [geneticbabble] using a [technobabble], and when completed, it should do [biologybabble]." *He reads the rest of the pages silently.* "All in all, some of these are quite simple, but some are very strange, things we have never done before. But, it should be no problem. I can try one out right now."
*Scientist 2 walks over to another machine, a sort of genetic-engineering doohickey. He takes one of the printouts from the analyzer and feeds it into the machine. After 5 minutes, a tiny sample of bacteria is dispensed from the machine in a petri dish. Scientist 2 picks up the dish.*

NF2: ...I see technology has advanced greatly in my absence. Very well, on to the communications system? Seems like a standard computer, but it combines all sorts of thing. Pretty standard, but we can use it to decode Nonja frequencies and codes, with practice and some decryption.
NF2 activates it. The first thing it asks for is a password.
NF2: Hmm... 1, 1, 1, 1... No? Very well, 1, 1, 1, 2... Not that either? 1, 1, 1, 3... Oh, fiddlesticks...
"Lord Shadow, I have excellent news. After approximately 70 terms or so, our engineers and computer scientists have finally completed the means of unmanning wars. You will no longer have to send living organisms to the front lines of the battlefield, as the artificially intelligent droids are now complete."
*General Veers opens a communication channel to Aleksandry of Sranger and shares the same news with him.*
"As promised to both of you, the IPN will build a droid factory anywhere you wish in your land and let you have all droids produced by it. Would you like us to begin construction now?"

NF1: Excellent! Huh, that's the same combination I use on my luggage. Now we need to decode the Nonja language... Which I'm speaking, although this suit is translating... So I guess we have that done already. They've probably deactivated the [techno-babble], but with work we can re-activate it. We may not just be able to receive messages, but send them. We will have to be discreet.
EDIT: TSL, I don't think my dropbox is going to start working again. Feel free to host it on your public file instead.
"Alpha 001, Lord Shadow wants to take advantage of our promise to build a droid factory in Northern England. Send back his engineers and a few of our architects to England, and begin construction now. I also want to begin bringing more men into our armies, and I want to start another project. Think hexapedal super-tanks, and call it Operation H.A.T. I also want to resume progress on one of the halted projects."
"Very well, Lord Veers. Will we get help from Lord Shadow in building the droid manufacturing facility, thereby doubling our progress?"
"I will have to ask, although we can probably assume an affirmative answer."
*General Veers terminates the communication with Alpha 001, and turns to Lord Shadow.*
"Lord Shadow, we will commence building of the droid facility, but it would be greatly appreciated if your architects and construction workers would aid us so that progress will double. Could you spare a few such men?"
OOC: Veers, during your long absence a few weeks ago, Clockwork's nation, Aidun, conquered North Korea, which, as I understand, was a protectorate of the IPN. Now that he has given me his nation, I would like to give North Korea back to you.

Lord Shadow:"Of course, General Veers. We will gladly help."
