It probably depends on the amount of block used in an upload to determine that Oil colour, if I understand your intention for this thread correctly.

Then you have the well-known effect that they only sample the pixels at grid-8 intersections, allowing people to make a false image.

Maybe if you have, let's say, 300 blocks of Pen-S 1 block, the preview image overloads and has a graphical glitch. Maybe it's a certain percentage of the screen that has to be block for this to happen.
