Sparkpowder Agreement
1. This document is a binding, unconditional, and irrevocable agreement between the parties of sparkpowder, qwertyuiopthepie, admin, et al.
2. Effective 12:00 AM, March 16th, 2011, sparkpowder shall not ask, beg, or otherwise request any staff position until January 1st, 2025, or until granted permission by high staff.
3. Sparkpowder shall not recieve a staff position from anyone except high staff for the time given in Clause 2.
4. In the event that sparkpowder violates the terms set forth in this document, staff have the right to permanently bar this user from recieving staff, or increase the time during which sparkpowder may not recieve staff set forth in Clause 1.

Er, no, with the exception of specific times and dates, this was already the unspoken agreement we essentially had. He hasn't been denied that, and I did make it a condition to indicate "until a change of heart"...

It's not flaming. In fact, it would be extremely bizzare for this to be genuine. Moments before making this, he was exuding his normal "airs of authority", and started his whole powerplaying regime. He was making statements that made it seem like he thought he was an admin or something.
