*Matthew looked a bit uncertain, maybe even scared - whatever the expression, it was not unlike that a child might express. He awoke nearly drowning in the middle of an ocean, he realized there was something odd about himself, a boat almost ran him over as he tried to get help, and now someone who was chasing this boat jumped on board, so how could he be blamed? He asked everyone on board the ship.*
David screamed over the wind "These thieves stole my priceless boat!" He advanced toward the pilot, but then stopped abruptly. "Do I seem... different?" he asked this because he felt as though he was in tune with the Earth, it was... beautiful.
A guy jumped on board the boat and screamed that they stole his boat. "...This is your boat? OH MY GOD, YOU'RE ONE OF THE THUGS WITH THE GUNS? I'M NOT GOING TO LET YOU SHOOT AT ME!" Johnathan tackled the guy who had jumped over the boat, panicking.
Poison glove, slowly robbing you of your health in a hail of poisonous punches.
(OOC: I dodged sideways, then slowed down enough such that I am right next to your... boat. Also, I stole the nonja's boat, not your boat. It can't possibly be your boat because I stole the boat the nonjas brought here.) *When the man on the boat beside him jumped onto Raegus's boat, Raegus was shocked and turned his boat away from the other boat. The man on the other boat started yelling at him, and Matthew started talking about something about afflictions or whatnot.* Raegus: Wait, who are you? Are you the leader of them? Are you the person who's been in our minds? *Johnathan tackles the unknown man.*
Come on Nmagane, the power of astrology doesn't mean you can completely destroy all life on Earth (which is the only logical conclusion of putting it where Mars is).
T9 hears about what happened, and dispatches a small squad of ships: One battleship, ten smaller ships similar to the one you stole, and three ships modified and designed for speed. Their trace on Mach is fading, but still present, so they should be able to get you in radar range before it fades entirely. I hope you're good at boat chase scenes...
*Just as the person who couldn't introduce himself demanded to know if the person who jumped on board did concerning their minds, the person who wouldn't introduce himself - Johnathan, if that was to whom the person who couldn't introduce himself in time referred as he tried to introduce himself - apparently panicked and tackled the man who jumped on board.
Oh, how confusing it was without names to use.*
"Hey, get off him. How do you know he's one of the people you say were trying to shoot you? Do you even see the man with a gun? Hold your tongue so that he may use his..."
Raegus: Hey, I wasn't doing any-- Oh, you meant Johnathan. There have been these guys who have been attacking us once we got here. We managed to get out, and steal their ship. I know it was their ship because I saw the ship come in. He said it was his ship, so that means he must be the leader of them. Respond. I mean you, not Matthew. God, this is so confusing... What's your name, and are you him?
Wow, got a brilliant roll, not sure if I should keep it though. It seems pretty cool, but I'd much prefer being a human with awesome powers... before I join... should I keep this power or not?
If not I'll roll again.

I don't know what you're talking about, my boat was used to take a group of questionable individuals to that island, it wasn't my choice, they had me at gunpoint. I allowed them for fear of my life, but I requested to go with them... Anyway, you're one who stole MY boat!
"Actually, maybe we should just let you take back the boat and ask that we come with you, because there are some battleships headed toward us. I'm pretty sure they aren't any friendlier than the guys with guns that everyone keeps talking about."
I should add at this point that the boat's flag (and the ships chasing you) are identical: The Nonja insignia.
Thanks Mono for the original insignia.
Also, Memzak, that power is fine with me if you want to use it, so long as it doesn't go crazy (this is a game where it actually can go archzero-crazy, but no further).
Raegus: Oh yeah? Try me. *Raegus does not realize that there are more boats coming.* *Raegus sidesteps, opens a window, and scans the room.* Raegus: Hey, where are the swords?
"Look, we can talk about this later, there's a fleet of boats coming after us let's go! Oh, and I'm David." David runs to the wheel and drives the ship away from the fleet.
A couple of the more speedy ships are chasing you down from the same direction (approximately), converging on your position but leaving an opening. They bark orders to stop. It's obvious that you have no chance in a direct race against them.

"Okay, it looks like three of the ships are really fast, and the other eleven ships will only catch up if we don't get up to speed. If we can manage to eliminate the speedy ships, we can stay out of targeting range but we'll still be easily tracked. If we can manage to eliminate the ten ships that are like this one and the three speedy ships, we could potentially evade any tracking efforts they exert. We're definitely outrun by those speedy ships, but depending on if we have any effective weapons, we won't be outnumbered.
"Do we have anything with which we can take out their ships? I realize it's a crazy question, considering this isn't a warship and anything that fits on your persons will likely be incapable of taking out a boat, but do we have anything? Any heavy weapons, or perhaps something makeshift? If you can manage to get those for me, I can probably help out.
David, I don't mean to be bossy, but I would really appreciate it if you maintain max speed so as to prevent the other eleven ships from reaching us. You-whose-name-has-not-been-uttered and Johnathan, if you could look for something on the ship, that would be great. I'm going to keep an eye on the ships chasing us. Alright?"
*Matthew looked to David, Johnathan, and the one who couldn't introduce himself...*
OOC: Oh the joys of being bumped to the next page, only one person actually bothers to look back. XD Ok I'll keep the power. I also just realised it has shapshifting as an ability, so I can look human after all!
lol archzero crazy... I remember that. Anyways, here's my character:
Nephilim Physiology. Being a being of spiritual ancestry I am granted a multitude of powers. First being the ability to make it twilight anywhere and any time as well as accessing the power to create things out of twilight. (as well as intangibility, invisibility and portal creation) Due to my Physiology I am granted imortality, healing and invulnerability and ressurection. I also have reality warping. Reality warping allowing me to do anything with the limitation of my imagination and energy. Only really counteracted by omnipotence, omnilock. It allows for the following: (among others) Alter time. Alter the elements. Change probability. Can travel at warp speeds. Give themselves or others new powers. Changing a map rewrites the landscape. Randomize the universe. Rewrite Physics. Users can create energy from reality itself as in energy blast, energy barrier, energy constructs, energy punch/kick and energy clones. Users change where the universe around them sits putting them anywhere instantly, similar to teleportation. Can kill anyone with a thought. The power of destruction. (things go boom) Can do anything possible depending on the User's range of creativity and imagination. Can alter their appearance. Manipulate Dimensions. The power of Creation. Infinite Supply. (EG: create a bag with infinite apples) Create an alternate universe. Being a Nephillim I also have Mysticism. The purest form of magic allowing the creation of charmed objects / spells / time portals / elemental manipulation and alchemy. I can also convey emotions through Telempathy and create being out of my emotion. I am able to both use Astal Projection and Astral tapping. Allowing my spirit o wander the astral plane or sending/banishing ghosts back to the Astral plane. Being a Nephilim I have both Death Inducement and Resurrection. Able to both kill and revive. I also have the ability of Soul Absorption, allowing me to take people's very souls (or souls from the astral plane) and gain all their power/memory. Due to being a Nephillim I also have Supernatural Condition, which encompasses the following: Supernatural Strength, Speed, Stamina, Reflexes, Sense, Regeneration, inculnerability, Intelligence, Immunity, Agility, Dexterity, Jump, Memory, Marksmanship and Lung Capacity. Being a Nephillim of Demonic Origins I am granted a few other abilities due to my heritage. (Many of them already covered above I'll only say the new unique ones) Devil Forging. (make demonic weapons) Chaos + Probability Manipulation. Darkness Manipulation. Poison Generation (which I'll probably use in combination with alchemy) and Fear Inducement.
Character Description: An ancient Nephilim of Demonic Decent. Age unknown but still young in divine terms. (as in only hundreds of millions years old, as opposed to trillions) After spending some time in a deep meditation, he realised that the small planet of earth was soon to have big things to come and instantly set off to Earth at warp speeds from a distant far off galaxy. (preferring warp speeds to teleportation due to the view and the fact that he's immortal and he enjoys the view. While he is immortal and invulnerable due to his demonic heritage he does have weaknesses to divine weaponry. (both angelic and demonic) When injured he will heal and when killed he will revive over a time period depending on the severity of this death. His preferred is Clamaxti. A sword created with Reality Manipulation on a Molecular Level, Mysticism Mana/Aura gathered over a millenia, Demonic Forging, Empathic creation, Darkness Manipulation, Photon Manipulation, Twilight Manipulation and Molecular Manipulation(Derived from Reality Manipulation). Thus creating the quasi-sentient (smart enough to know it's owner) and indestructible Clamaxti.
Wow, that took a lot of research... As I'm approaching Virgo Galactic Supercluster I suddenly experience a strange seawater taste in my mouth and the distinct feeling that there's a boat chase somewhere.
"Hmm, that was strange." I said to myself.

It's a lot of power, but I'm fine with it so long as you are reasonable. I mean, "can kill someone with a thought" could get out of hand. It seems to encompass the powers of others (Being able to make things out of nowhere, etc). Powers like "can do anything possible" are pretty vague.
Basically: Please try to keep it down to about Archzero levels (eg, as detailed in your character description rather than your superpower description), but so long as you do that it's fine. Otherwise an AoG could make some form of Kryptonite.
Also, yay, Clamaxti! Nice to see it making a return.
OOC: I seem to alternate between first person and third person a lot. Is this fine with everybody? Raegus: I might be able to take out the three closer ships... *I run downstairs, glaring distrustfully at David, and find one bottles of water, two empty bottles, a pack of cans of coke, a few Mentos, some detergent, and some aluminum foil. I bring these upstairs. I mix the water and the detergent into the three bottles, and put crumpled pieces of aluminum foil. I keep some extra pieces of aluminum foil in my pocket for future use. I take out four cans of coke and open them slightly. I wrap three mentos in foil, and wedge them into the opening of three of the cans of coke. I throw a bottle at each of the nearby ships, boosted with Defenestration, then throw a can of coke with mentos wedged in them at the bottles, boosted with Defenestration, such that they arrive at almost the same time (can arriving slightly later). I sit down, and drink the fourth can of coke I got out.* OOC: In case the above is confusing, I
went downstairs to get various supplies,
made the grenade I made earlier and loaded a coke can with a mento,
threw the grenades and mento-coke thingys at the nearby ships (with help from Defenestration), then
drank a can of coke.
My intention was that the bomb would break/crack open the window, allowing the loaded coke can to enter the cab, causing coke to spray all over the steering wheel, the controls, and the person steering the boat (helmsman? captain?).

"No! You didn't use all the grenades up, did you? Please have at least one more for me, and let me have it. I said I can help, but if you just immediately use up the things you find, I can't help. We will be outnumbered if I don't help, but we will not be outnumbered if I do help. I'll show you, if only you have at least one more for me."
OOC: Yay. Upon entering the milky way galaxy I instantly realized something was off. The galaxy itself seemed to be a hub for vast amounts of supernatural and cosmic energy all converging at one point.
I wouldn't be surprised if the epicenter of that point would be at Sol, the star of the planet on which I am headed to. Ahh Earth, the planet of my visions.
Who knows what all that power converging could do to a planet...

Raegus threw some grenades at the boats... which did nothing. And then sparks started to be struck against the deck. "Oh god, they're shooting at us!" Johnathan yelled, leaping from the deck where he was searching for things, grabbing a rifle he found laying on the deck, and grabbing onto the cabin doorframe. He pulled himself up, becoming even more acutely aware of the danger when a set of sparks blossomed right by his head. He started to climb back into the cabin, opening the door and stepping inside. "I found a rifle!" He tossed it to Raegus, and was almost into the cabin when a bullet bounced into his arm, causing him to tumble the rest of the way with the door held in his other arm, slamming the door, depositing him inside whilst he clutched his arm. "Ggg... rrr... AAUGH!" Johnathan was on the ground from the precarious entry, and he wasn't able to get up as his arm bled. "...Oh- oh -oh god... Arrrrgghhh... I think I got shot!"
Poison glove, slowly robbing you of your health in a hail of poisonous punches.
Raegus: Take the rifle, do what you're gonna do with it. *gives Matthew the rifle* Raegus: Oh god, Johnathan's hurt... *rips off a piece of cloth from own shirt and presses it onto the wound.* Raegus: Keep doing that, I'm going to get more grenades. *runs downstairs, makes grenades the same way as was made previously, then brings them up* Raegus: Here's your grenade. *gives Matthew a grenade* *throws more grenades at the holes previously made, while hiding under the window* Raegus (while throwing grenades): Hey, is that black powder inside the rifle? OOC: The grenades look like plastic bottles filled with water and some other substance and with bits of aluminum foil in it.
