This game takes place in an unknown galaxy long after the first galaxy wide war that in the end, ended up destroying it .And long after humans have achieved space travel. Like, somewhere around 6502 A.D. The races are at war over several reasons, the main one being over territory. I need someone to take the job of being the GodModder, which will be explained later. This, as the name suggests, is a space game. Each race has it's own home planet, excluding the Zombies. Here are the rules: 1. No GodModding, unless you are the GodModder. 2. You can create your own race, government, etc. as long as, in physical terms, the race has pros and cons that balance each other.* 3.The GodModder cannot play, but they control things like chance, and other things that would not work if one side was favored. They also have control over the Neutral Zone, but may not attack. 4. There is a Neutral Zone, where no fighting may take place. If so, you are banned for 10 posts. The same goes for sending any governmental-based messages to or from the Neutral Zone. You may NOT, I repeat, MAY NOT attack the Neutral Zone. 5. This is a turn-based game. A unit of time is soon to be decided. 6. There is a universal currency. Call it whatever you want, it's still the same. 7. You may have a character, but you still control your race's forces. 8. If more than one person wants to be of the same race, whoever joins first is the first in command. 9. Super-lightspeed is not allowed. Space-folding is, but mainly for transportation. 10. You can only work 5 projects at a time, and you have to say what they are/do.

Race(s): Sentarians (not to be confused with whatever Centaurians are), Kiptars, and Savantars. Description: Sentarians are a fully robotic race, controlled by a collection of computers called the Mainframe AI. Their leader, Grand Emperor Sansar, has a Mainframe AI built into him. The Sentarians are almost humanoid, with the exception of a slightly cylindric torso. Their most blatant characteristics are the red four sided stars they have on their chest (the Sentarian emblem), and their single glowing crimson eye, their only facial feature. The Sentarians have no civilians; all Sentarians are military personnel. When Sentarians conquer a planet, they drill to the core and put an AI in the center. They then turn the planet into a giant universal processing plant. The Kiptars are a race almost enslaved by the Sentarians. They are the only civilian part of the Sentarian empire. They are kind of humanoid, but have rather large eyes and are very slim. They are very good with machinery and computers, and the Sentarians make them do all of the technical work. They despise the Sentarians, but there is no way they could rise against them. The Savantars are a sick cyborg-like form of the Kiptars. They are all but 10% organic, the rest is mechanized. They are the elite of the empire's forces, and will also serve others as mercs, for a price. They keep the Kiptars inline. Failure to stay within boundaries will result in termination. They are easily identified by their plated armor and a single, ominous red eye. The other eye is perfectly normal, one of the 10% organic parts.
Advantages: The empire has incredible resources at its disposal, allowing them to make enormous armies within a matter of days. They are deadly efficient, completely lacking free will (excepting commanders, Kiptars, and Savantars which have restricted free will). The Sentarians can also be very devious and tricky, and can make alliances and negotiate with ease.
Disadvantages: If a Mainframe AI is destroyed, it can disable an entire processing planet. The Sentarians have also made their share of enemies. The Kiptars have a tendency to revolt, and can disrupt production and operations.
Home World: Sentaria, a planet made out of Galloidium plating.
NOTE: Galloidium is a metal, with no particularly interesting characteristics. Can't be used for energy shields or what-have-you. The only thing significant about it is that it is lighter and slightly stronger than steel. That's all. ALSO: Galloidium is MY resource. don't put it in a game or something without my approval!
I'll join... The SR Empire The leader is named Mikhail Ivanov, The race is Stick-Rangerites (EXTREMELY thin, they have white colored bodies with peach heads. Immune to falls and can jump really high, but they adsorb any poison through their skin) The planet is Stick-Ranger. Surprising, eh?
Poison glove, slowly robbing you of your health in a hail of poisonous punches.
The first one was fun, but people didn't like peace and caused war for no reason but to cause war despite the fact that I had technology to kill them in a single turn. It would have been far too easy to beat them into a pulp, and afterwards the game would have been empty save me, so I simply warped out of the galaxy to a new one. NOT the one you guys are going to. You guys didn't have infinite improbability drives, so you couldn't go anywhere near the galaxy I'm in. The Nonjas are probably busy assimilating developing civilizations, draining entire planets of resources, and generally violating the prime directive in any way possible.
NOTE: Sansar is actually two Sentarians formed together. One's name is San, the other, Sar. --------------- Emperor Sansar: Techmide, send a group of Kiptars and Savantars as diplomats to this planet called "Stick-Ranger". We need as many allies to the empire as possible. Also, how goes your Hypertech research, Dekan?
*Dekan gives Sansar a troubled look, then he looks down at his handcuffs.*
Dekan: ...Where is Hans?
Sansar: Rest assured, Dekan. Your friend is safe. His release will depend on the research we want you to conduct.
Dekan: ...Hypertech seems to be working, but I will still need to run a few diagnostics on it.
Techmide: The diplomats will be dispatched immediately, my lord. Also, I will send a small group of reconnaissance droids to search for anything or anyone that may be a threat to the empire.
Sansar: Good. Meeting adjourned. Get to work, Dekan.
In the middle of a sun in the middle of the zone I sit in my firey throne. I see all in the zone from my firey throne and... um... Something Something Something...

Mikhail Ivanov twirled his particle pistol. He was, to be frank, bored. He decided to call in his scientist in and work on a weapon for his ground armies. Research was usually fun. Though hopefully it wouldn't be like last time... carting that guy away after the room exploded was NOT fun.
He pressed the button for the scientist. After waiting for a few minutes, twirling his gun some more, accidentally shooting his name card into pieces and sticking it together with adhesive, Mikhail's wait was finally justified as the scientist walked in. Mikhail got serious. "You know the state of our current ground weaponry." Mikhail said.
Stick-Rangerite Ground Army A Stick-Rangerite army utilizes twelve types of infantry, and all men where some form of a white suit that is receptive to certain frequencies of energy, making the suits move faster, or more flexible, etc: Melee: They wear steel-titanium armor. Boxers: The closest up fighters, they've trained for years and they literally punch out their enemies. Their current weapon is a simple boxing glove, so they don't break their hands. Gladiators: They use swords made out of steel-titanium. Whippers: They use whips of a flexible alloy of steel. The whips have titanium-steel balls on the end. Ranged: They wear flexible steel armor. Snipers: They use special bows that snap the strings incredibly fast, sending steel-titanium arrows hurtling at high speeds towards enemies. Gunners: They use particle pistols. Grenade Throwers: they throw grenades to kill multiple enemies at once. High-Tech: They wear steel-aluminum, very light, but hard (not as hard as titanium steel though, but very, very light,) "Magicians": These men termed their name from their use of high tech spheres which compress air to hit enemies with the equivalent of a invisible large particle bullet. "Conjurers" Their light "wands" siphon metal dust from a pack on their backs (through a thin tube) and compress air around it, firing it at high speed at enemy troops. They get their name from the dust seemingly coming out of nowhere. "Enchanters": These men have wide, long knives, that have small air-compressing mechanism that activate when an enchanter scores a hit to wound the enemy more. Support: These men generally wear flexible steel. "Priests": These men hold long clunky "staffs" which give them their name and emit the frequencies that strengthen the suits (and also have a small air compressing device to harm enemies with) Medics: They fight with the scalpels they carry for field surgery (the scalpels are modified) and also carry medical supplies to attend to the wounded. "Medalwalkers":With possibly the strangest name of all, these men throw extremely sharp metal discs at the enemy, (with lots of training to make this effective), and carry supplies, such as most of the food and spare healing supplies, and even money. Don't ask why. Sometimes the army just needs it. One type of cavalry is featured, the Wheel Riders, men in titanium-steel armor riding heavily armore creatures known as "Orange Wheels." The wild form already being unnaturally and incredibly tough, they genetically engineered a new breed, The men riding on it use particle gun-cannons.
"Well, I'd like us to develop a new type of glove. the Mach Punch, capable of making boxers punch at incredible speeds." OK.
Stick-Rangerites use use light ships made of titanium-steel, POWDER ships, with single rapid fire particle turrets. They use them in large swarms. Colored peach.
"I also want a new type of space ship, the WATER light ship. I want it to have slightly heavier armor than the POWDER, and have a spray particle turret. I also want it to be painted blue.

How does technology work in this game? What are our defaults, can we upgrade, how do we upgrade if we can, etc.?
Will battles be determined with WarSim, or will a more comprehensive battle calculator/simulator be necessary to accurately determine advantages and outcomes?
Well it works the same as the first one but I can't remember much of it... We never fought in the first on. We'll face that problem when we meet it, Until that time I will continue thinking and playing.
Tech. works like this: You have to spend money to get tech. and upgrade it, Memzak will throw a few cargo ships or mineral rich meteors or comments into your system. Deafaults... Ummmm Not sure, I know you start off with 5 ships, and i know that you can make them what ever class you want. (Nothing Stupid like 5 death stars or sloar system wide ships, just the basics like, Cargo ship, battle ship, ect.) I think i answered all your questions right?

Yea, as godmodder I could create a random meteor storm that completely destroys everyone in an army who attempts to fight in the neutral zone...
I create a random meteor cluster in the middle of the neutral zone. They are all negatively charged from ships with peaceful intents. (Just in case)
Oh and my main domain is inside the supermassive black hole at the center of the galaxy. The meteors are outside of the event horizon of the SMBH. (Super Massive Black Hole)
Leader Phantom Zero, I already explained the history last time, so ill just go with the story.
*Phantom Zero wakes up from the crash, he grabs the nearest person (That being a Dr.)*
Phantom Zero: What happened! Tell me!
Dr.: When we warped out of the galaxy... The energy created by the energy beam distorted space... Right now your missing an arm... Unfortunately Thats happened to half the population On the flotilla.
Phantom Zero: Well then, what happened to all the ships?
Dr.: They were... "Warped" out of existance... With the crew.
Phantom Zero: ....Ok, so where did we land?
*Phantom Zero looks at his missing arm*
Dr.: We landed in a Sol like system minus a gas giant.
Soldier: This solar system could come in handy the gas giant has helium-3 and the inner planets have heavy metals.
Phantom Zero: Fine, We shall start to harvest as soon as we fix the ships...
Ok Every one now has 10,000 money (What ever you want it to be) It all is the same though. Reaserch cost materials and money it can be how ever and what ever you want it to be. (Please no 1 money or 2 money per reaserch lik,e at least 150 monry peer reaserch)
Mikhail: I'd like to begin working on something to send out radio waves deep into space. See if we can get a response. (BOOK Radio center research started) *In the lab, at a table, with a blueprint of a regular glove under them* Mikhail: I'm thinking we should have some sort of chemical to make the speed of the punches fast. *Mikhail draws on the blueprint* Scientist: Hmmm... We do have a chemical that might do the trick, although it's rather unstable. Mikhail: Unstable? Explain. Scientist: It basically charged whatever it touched with kinetic energy, but, unfortunately, a bit TOO fast. It generally doesn't end well for people wearing garments charged with it. Mikhail: Hmm. We'll have to design some sort of regulator *Mikhail draws a small box* But for now we've got the basic design. Mikhail: So, we're going to use the POWDER hull, but with some large titanium-steel plates on it. *draws* They'll be place in a triangular-like position. Scientist: Where'll we put the turret? Mikhail: We'll cut a small hole in the top plate. We'll also put titanium-steel around the cockpit area and use a monitor to show what's going on.
Currency name is $$$. Individual Expenses: Mach Punch: 150 $$$ per research. WATER: 300 $$$ per research. BOOK (Starting next turn) 200 $$$ per research. Total Expenses: 450 $$$ per turn. Total Money: 9550 $$$.
Poison glove, slowly robbing you of your health in a hail of poisonous punches.
Also you need to make them like this for reaserch. its one progression for every post(you make the time it takes and i cant be one unless GModder says.
Erm... It means that the Mach Punch basically would rip their hands off. Without the regulator.
Mikhail:"Let's see... Make the regulator out of something durable, titanium-steel probably. Then place in that one isotope nulling device we have from designing the "wand", early on, isotope detector..." Scientist:"That was a very radioactive model." Mikhail:"Yes. It was. Now a valve which shuts more or opens more according to the detector... Perfect. This should be good. I'm still testing with a robot though." M: "Now for the sprayfire turret..." S: "How will we make it fire with a spray like you requested?" M: "Maybe if we design it so the turret moves around a socket or something of the sort because of its own kinetic energy..." S: "That would result in inaccuracy." M: "Well.. How about we place a computerized rivet machine that basically keeps the thing locked." S: "That might work..." *In the lab* M: "OK. So let's build a radio broadcasting device that can project a message far in the distance." S: "This should be simple. We easily have the technology to focus radio waves, we just need to ramp it up..." M: "Great. Place it on there. Remember that chemical from the Mach Punch? Just put in the machine, place a regulator so the radio machienedoesn't explode itself, and bam! You've got what you need."
Currency is $$$ Individual expenses: Mach Punch: 150 $$$ a turn WATER: 300 $$$ a turn BOOK: 200 $$$ a turn Total Expenses: 650 $$$ a turn Current money: 8900 $$$
