In reply to the Nonja I send a radio wave in his native language.
"There are humans under Phatom Zero's command who came from another galaxy and are starting anew here. There is also Mikhail and all of the SR legion. They are also around somewhere. There is also the Sentarian Empire led by Halfway to Zero." I said.
The map is coming shortly. (When general veers makes it).
"You can start and empire here if you like? I'll give you the default starting resources as everyone else if you want to." I then said.
Enjoy the galaxy, but don't ever EVER fight while in the neutral zone. (as you are in now)'
(OOC: Hey, don't forget the Sentarian Empire!) (Also OOC: Eventually, I will be marketing mercenary forces (ships) for 500 credits each. They will have the same upgrades as Sentarian forces. They will not, however, fight against Sentarians under any circumstances.)
Sansar: Dekan, I want the Ballista Tank research to begin immediately after Hypertech is finished.
Dekan: ...Okay...when am I allowed to go back home?
Sansar: In good time, my bespectacled asset, in good time. You have my word that you and your friend will be set free...eventually...
Techmide: One Commerce Ship is on the way to Stick-Ranger as a diplomat ship. Anything else, my lord?
Sansar: Tell Tydrim (Kiptar prime minister) that if his people don't stop their rioting, further disciplinary action will be taken.
Didn't forget about them, look again. XD This galaxy seems to be progressing. I wonder how these empires will fare and weather the nonja's join the mix.

A strange alien ship lands in the spaceport as Mikhail is walking there. Mikhail walks up to it. Two strange creatures, a humanoid one and a robotic one, get out. Mikhail: Who are you? *In a room obviously made for building hazardous things* *Mikhail has two inner glove things in front of him. He attaches the previously designed regulators to them, and puts the outer gloves over them, putting them into a machine that attaches them. He takes them out and injects the hyper-chemical.* M: There, done. Now for testing. Two powder ships fresh after being made are lowered into a huge factory. The plates are fitted on them, and then a compressed-air machine cuts a circle in a plate. The circle is removed with a mechanical arm. Book has temporarily been halted to constrain spending.

Race: Drones Leader: Yonder Description: A mechanical race that acts as freelancers. Very diverse, and encourages trade (even technology). Can be hired for a high price, but in return can send tremendous forces as allies. Forces can be hired specifically, if one is in need for a certain type. Seem to have no real general shape, and are neutral unless attacked or hired.
Advantages: Very strong forces. Excellent crafting skills. High technology levels.
Disadvantages: Highly dependent on resources. Cannot suspect allies of trickery, putting them into a disadvantage. Yonder cannot control forces hired as they always follow their allies' command. Otherwise act neutral. If attacked, they can be lead by Yonder.
Home World: Lock III, metal-rich planet
Yonder wandered to and fro in the command center. All was doing well, he thought. Production lines are running, and nothing of harm is in my way.
He sighed and let himself fall into a luxurious leather recliner, and took a cigar out of his case and lit it. Now all I have to do is try to expand for precious minerals needed. Maybe there will be somebody willing to trade some later for all this junk lying around in our factory sectors?
He put his wrinkled face into a look of disconsolation. Although everything is currently off to a good start, he had a bad feeling about the future of the current colony of Drones...
~Memzak~: Ah, veeeeeeeery clever.... ----------- Altaltas: Greetings from the Sentarian Empire! From our research and intelligence, we believe that a galaxy united is a powerful-
Savantar Mercenary: (in a similar voice to the diplomat) We wish to form an alliance. The Empire believes in the safety and happiness of all beings. We would like to include your society into our soon-to-be great collection of allies. Together, we can stand against darkness and crush the evils of the galaxy.
*The Savantar turns around and steps back into the ship. The Kiptar diplomat starts to walk into the ship, but looks back at Mikhail and motions towards a strange ring on his wrist. Without a word, he closes the door and starts the engine. The Savantar suddenly grabs him and slams him up against the wall, making a rather loud noise.*
Savantar: (mechanical-like angry voice) WHAT DID YOU TELL HIM?
Altaltas: I-I didn't do anything! I-I-I swear!!!
Savantar: YOU SPECIFICALLY TOOK TWO STEPS BEHIND ME AND PAUSED FOR EXACTLY FIFTEEN SECONDS WHERE MY SONAR SCANS DETECTED THAT YOU LOOKED BACK AND HELD UP YOUR WRIST. YOU CANNOT HIDE A SECRET FROM US. THIS IS EXACTLY YOUR SIXTH WARNING. YOU HAVE FOUR WARNINGS LEFT. PILOT. THE. SHIP. NOW. KIPTAR SSSSSSCUM.

Do you mind if I join with the following entry?
Race: Homo sapien sapien, because I sympathize with humans too much to be a different specie. I don't presume I have to develop the biological advantages and disadvantages of human beings in depth, do I? I will go on to say that humans can be very motivated, but also very scrupulous. Sometimes, it's a matter of balance between motivation and scruples that determines the course of action a person will take. Granted, these are not necessarily the dominating traits of the human race, but they are two traits that I (and ergo my leader) am very likely to follow in the course of the game.
Leader: Lord Protector Veers of the Protectorate of the Maridulus System.
Inhabited Planet: Maridulus III (a.k.a. "Maridulus")
Inhabitants: sing. Maridula, pl. Maridulae
I'm not sure at what base technology level I may start for weaponry or cruisers, so I will probably just start with a single military cruiser and a planetary population. Is this acceptable? Do you have any suggestions?
Nonja scout: No thanks, just came to see how the inhabitants of our former galaxy are doing. Mind if we trade some of our Aortist Rods with someone on the way out? They are really neat. Little batteries that are quite powerful. They also work as moderate propulsion systems. The technology sells for 1000 units. We would have taken our megamall, but it is a planet and therefore far too large for improbability drive.
"You're former galaxy? I am sure you are mistaken. This is a new galaxy that was formed not too long ago. It's probably a parallel galaxy to the one you are thinking of. " I said.
"Sure go ahead and trade." I then said.
I then created a large asteroid filled with iron and a small amount of gold. I randomly send it out and the is splits into three. One third for PhantomZero, HalfwayToZero and ObG. Yonder and the General Veers shall not get any of it, but luck will change to be on their side a bit later on as both have found a large deposit of iron in a moon of a nearby planet.

"No, I mean the people that recently moved to this galaxy, such as PhantomZero's people. We left the galaxy when they needlessly attacked us, thousands of years ago. Thanks for the trade."
The Nonja scout kicks in improbability drive, and zips off to the SR legion first.
As Yonder looked over the shoulder of a busy TCD (Technical Control Drone) at a large plasma screen, a message came along from a squeaky, small drone.
"Sir! Further investigations have confirmed the existence of a large iron deposit of 8,200 cubic meters on a moon nearby Lock II. Your commands?" it said with a human-like, female voice.
"Build collecting sectors type B immediately. Iron may be plentiful in this world, but the more the merrier," Yonder replied, leaving the TCD with its task.
"Also, increase production rates on normal Combat and Scout drones. Finally, bring me the newest blueprints of that upgrade for the mineral searching device for our Locator. It is imperative for us to quickly find rare minerals such as Mendezium and Hapnium."
"Understood," replied the miniscule drone, and zoomed off. Yonder thought about his future plans, and found himself back at the large command center after a long walk along the hallways of the Control Station.
Collecting Sectors type B x3 [1/15] (800 Credits) - movable mining stations that can quickly mine any element, however the more common the element the faster the mining

Question: Is there an income in currency per post? If so, what is it?
Phantom Zero looks up at the sky to see another ship appear, but it is not an alien ship, its one one of theirs. Fortunately the meteor Memzak sent hit the ship tearing it to pieces.
Phantom Zero: That was close!
Soldier: Why? What was that?
Phantom Zero: Remember back in the other galaxy? When one of our ships was infected? Well that was the same virus, different ship.
Soldier: Well that was good, hope they dont show up ever again...
Phantom Zero: Well lets get a scout squad over to the meteor, see if its full of iron or something...
Soldier: You got it sir.
The soldier rounds up a scout squad for the job, Tex and John join in the scout squad ironicly.

*Lord Protector Veers was standing in one of the balconies of his palace that overlooked the world's peace embassy. The history of Maridulus III was a long, violent one, much like Earth, but it was also a very prosperous one filled with sinusoidally technological, economical, and social progress.
A long time ago, the Lord Protector was an army general for one of many conflicting nations. As a general, it was essentially his job to obey weak-minded fools who ignored the concept of mutually assured destruction and, in spite of their assurances to the contrary, kill anyone who didn't patriotically support the nation. The then-General Veers asked around, found similar sentiments amongst other military figures on a wide spectrum of ranks, formed with them "The Coalition," and started a coup d'etat against his own nation, considered one of the strongest at the time. The Coalition then took out all the other nations, one by one, in order of descending strength, until all those old fools were finally defeated. The Coalition tried to spare as many as possible, but any citizens who had no hope of recovering from their ultranationalist brainwashing were liberated of their lives. When The Coalition had completed its purpose, it and the free people chose General Veers to be the leader of a provisional empire until a permanent government was agreed upon by a majority. Just thousands of votes short of unanimity, the free people decided in favor of a planetary Senate, to be presided by an executive head of the title Lord Protector that would also execute the wishes of the Senate. Veers was made Lord Protector, and the rest of The Coalition became the Senate's most senior members.
After the Revolution Mariduli, social and technological progress increased exponentially. New ideas took form everywhere, and the people were happy. This was the world as Lord Protector Veers now stood upon it.*
The strange beings offered an alliance, than the robotic one slammed the other one against the all, dragged him into the ship, and left. "O...K..." Mikhail walked up to his construction crew and scientist. "Get BOOK done, OK?" An aide ran into the room. "Sir! Sir! A meteor has landed in Town, and initial studying of it reports that it is rich in iron and gold!" "I'm going to go see." Mikhail walked towards the garage. Mach Punch has been halted to constrain spending. Book has been unhalted.

"Good luck nonja." I said even though he couldn't hear me as he was already gone.
I note the progress of my meteors and note how the empires react.
"It looks like all is well." I said.
I then think a bit and decide to do something based on chance. (it was the roll of a die each of you were a number0
A small diamond the size of a fist suddenly appeared in front of Yonder and floated there right in front of his eyes. The catch is (although not really a catch, just a bit annoying) that the diamond would keep the same distance from yonder. (it can go further, but every time yonder tries to touch it it moves away) It was a blood red diamond. Quite rare.
Perhaps I should create some bad luck as my next divine action.

The scout ship floats over the SR Legion (ObG's empire, I assume) in much the same way that bricks don't. It's projecting an intergalacticly-known symbol of peace and trade.
A portal appears on the ground, a Nonja representative steps out, and the portal closes.
Nonja: Please, take me to your leader. I have an offer he can't resist.
XD, I just felt like randomly annoying someone in the game. Besides, I won't godmod that much anyways, I'm just giving the begining of the game a bit of an umph I watch from my throne the happenings of the galaxy.
(oh and ObG, I don't know how much iron and gold, but there is way less gold than iron, if you give the iron and gold a set value, then everyone else I sent the meteor to will also have that value)
And I keep watching the galaxy...

Phantom Zero: Please hurry with the ships... We need helium-3 and the resources from the inner rocky planets!
Geologist: Well... We don't know what the inner planets could hold.
Phantom Zero: Fine just hurry, we NEED those resources!
Soldier: Sir! Please hurry! The men on the front line, their missing!

Race(s): VIROS Description: VIROS are a type of hyper-advanced self-improving AI. They don't have a hive mind, but they work toward a common abstract goal. Their primary programming is to exist, but there is some debate amongst themselves as what "to exist" means. Their appearance ranges wildly, because each has an idea of what the best form is. Some are a floating mollusk-type creature, some are humanoid, others appear as gargantuan immobile skyscrapers, and some are entirely software. There are even rumors of VIROS who have dominated entire planets, becoming one giant computer.
Advantages: They are self-improving and pragmatic. Emotions can be turned on and off at will, personalities can be altered, and their minds are effectively immortal. They have incredible computing power, and are able to take over entire systems simply by plugging into the main area. AIs are integrated into everything in their society, even the lowliest lighting system.
Disadvantages: VIROS are programmed with a sense of gratitude and a compulsion to fulfill debts. They do not appreciate being in debt to someone, so hate to take favors. In addition, a VIROS who is infected with a virus is a great danger to other VIROS, as they will hook up and exchange low-clearance level data each time they see eachother, the same way other species say "Hello".
Home World: CCC (Central Computational Core) Description: A giant moon-sized computer orbiting an ancient red sun near the center of the galaxy. When the star the CCC is orbiting gets dangerously old, it activates its thrusters and uses the star as a gravity boost to go hurtling through space, looking for something else to orbit.
Nonja: Indeed. We have this fancy technology called an Aortist Rod. I won't tell you from where it drains its energy, but I will tell you that it is a small and powerful source of energy of many forms. We'll give you one free, but for 3000 credits we'll give you instructions on how to make one. Do not attempt to reverse-engineer it, it didn't work out well for our test planet of Sirius V. Never heard of it? Now you know why.
It can be used to power a city, a spaceship, a station, for terraforming dead planets to a certain extent, and for a faster form of spacetravel. Not much faster, but still.
That's not even mentioning the weaponry prospects. What happened at Sirius V involved an entire planet full of unstable Alpha version of them, so it will likely never be possible to reproduce. However, the properly launched core of an Aortist rod will not only destroy a ship, it will mix up the particles and spew them at right angles from reality. No practical use, but it looks cool, and it saves time on cleanup afterward.

Nonja steps back through portal onto Nonja ship, Nonja ship turns into a banana, a ball of yarn, then vanishes off to the Neutral Zone.
Nonja: So, who is next on our list? The Maridulae? Off to Maridulus, then.
*The ship does the same and reappears near Maridulus.*
Nonja (Lord Protectorate Veers): "Greetings. We are the Nonjas. We have come from a distant star system to propose a trade. Is there any location where a representative of ours may appear on your planet?
A very picture perfect woman walks out from a tent with a pistol in hand. She aims it at the sniper and fires the pistol. It hits the "Thing" in the chest and it falls down and hits the bottom of the ledge it was on.
Woman: Call me, Felicia.
Phantom Zero: Where did you come from?
Felicia: Well i was stationed on your ship... Engineering bay.
Phantom Zero: Well that explains it. Never went down there, heard scary stuff about engineering.
Felicia: Most of the time its true, but that one roomer about me IS NOT true.
Soldier: Where did you learn to shoot like that?
Felicia: Can't tell.
Phantom Zero: Well get over to that body i want to see who, or what that was...
The scout squad returns with news of what was it that shot at them.
