The various reasons for Kuraikiba's one month ban include, but are not limited to, - Expression of bigotry in an offensive manner (in front of someone of the group prejudiced against, no less)
- Lying to an Administrator
- Bribing
- Spam smiting
- Evading punishment
This is a rather simplified, although fairly adequate, summation of convictions for which he was banned. You may direct yourselves to the Neutral Chat (the URL is in the Rules thread and in the News Fader) and look at the chat history if it hasn't altered itself, or you may inquire further with other members. Surely, some of you have already seen some of the transgressions which were more public in nature.
As for Zaxionito, I was not aware that he was banned. Where did you gather information that he was?

Huh, his account is disabled. Well, I finished the ban up, but I'm not banning his IP, so he can still view the forums. The guest parts of it, anyway.
Should we just copy and paste the entire ban report?

Those seem fair enough, I presume. I'm not sure if we should include the signature of the staff member who initially wanted a permaban, but other than that, we may as well... Kuraikiba, for the following offenses of - Unfiltered bigotry, in a manner offending other members, including to a member of the sexual faction prejudiced against while such member was present and visible (V.I.R.O.S.),
- Lying to an Administrator (xShadowLordx), indicating that another Administrator who issued a warning (General Veers) said the warning could be removed,
- Spam smiting, focusing his efforts on smiting someone who expressed disagreement with him (General Veers),
- Bribing, offering an insultingly low number of his Dan-Balls to those who convicted him (everyone in the Neutral Chat),
and
- Evading punishment, lying to staff (see above), bribing staff (see above), and making appeals to pathos without ever denying his convictions or providing pertinent argument against punishment,
...is hereby banned for three one months from the Dan-Ball Forum, beginning October 25, 2010, 3:30 FST, and ending after the aforementioned duration or when staff otherwise see fit to unban the user. This has been approved by the following members: General Veers QwertyuiopThePie Anonymous proposer of 3 monthsxShadowLordx

Wow, that is a nice report and shows great transparency. Thanks!

Do I detect sarcasm from the person who doesn't explicitly use <sarcasm></sarcasm> or [sarcasm][/sarcasm] tags? Seriously, I am incompetent with detecting sarcasm.
We are being transparent: we are telling others what is going on, and we are providing documentation upon request.

No I really mean it. That was very transparent and I liked it.

Hang on a sec!
*censors whole conversation*
*bans everyone needlessly*
...right then. The timer is set and all shall be restored then.

And why does Zaixionito appear as a guest everywhere were he had posted?

He deleted his account and remade it under a different name.

And then he left that account too. (basically he left the forums)
I'm sure we might see him if he decides to come back in a year or so...

Dear sparkpowder,
Thank you for your concern with the matter. There are some things that are wrong and need corrected, and there are other things which simply need clarified.
When we held a meeting in the Neutral Chat and heard what Kuraikiba had to say in defense of his various convictions, he made no attempt to defend himself except to apologize "sincerely" and attempt to bribe everyone to drop the matter. Because of open bigotry, lying to an Administrator (ShadowLord, in this case), spam smiting, bribing, and various other offenses which have been recorded in the Ban Board and observed and corroborated by others or otherwise documented, as well as his obvious unwillingness to accept responsibility for his actions, we decided to ban him for a period of time. At first, we naively decided on three months from pressure by one staff member who was unreasonable enough to first expect a permaban, but after a third Administrator expressed the same idea for punishment as the first two, all three decided to revise the ban to one month. All three Administrators feel that, because of Kuraikiba's case, a special exception could be made to standard procedure for the sake of the forum, and for the sake of kuraikiba, too.
I'm not sure who it was that modified Kuraikiba's profile, but I think in so doing, the warning bar was brought to 100% by some automatic process. I will have to ask about that, or you could ask either or both of the other Administrators.
I hope this clarifies how things went as they did. If you have any other questions, feel free to ask more. Thank you for your concern, which is greatly appreciated,
-General Veers

Ok, but could you use quote tags? (just to make it a bit neater)
Besides, the one week ban rule is normally kept in place if they naturally reach 100% (through double posts, flaming and trolling)
...but in this type of event it is up to the staff (administrators specifically) to decide how long the ban is. I must say, I also thought 3 months was a bit long. (and who the hell suggested perma-ban? [If it's confidential don't answer])

I just modded the account to make it clear he is banned, so nobody would expect a response from him.

Heh... the big word BANNED is a sure giveaway... XD
Could you add quote tags to sparkpowders post? It's a great wall of text and it would make it a bit more readable.

I shall log this offense in Kuraikiba's criminal record for DBF.
EDIT: I also approve the 1 month ban. However, I think that Kuraikiba should be ordered to pay 20 Dan-Balls to all affected admins.

Yes,I agree,but one thing,twenty dan-balls is kinda small,I'd rather think fifty.

Spark, as you are not staff you cannot access the criminal record, and that's a no to the fine.

Yea, I mean we already have a ban. If we were to accept fines aswell lots of people would just bail themselves out of a ban... (like me)
EDIT: Not to say I'm ever going to do anything bannable in the foreseeable future.
