In some Boards, near all people's posts their personal information looks weird: The format is messed up. And wasn't that like how it was in the old Forum?

Nevermind. It was possibly some temporary glitch or it was lagg.

Oh, you mean how, if the script takes a while to load, you can still see what the profile would look without any of the JavaScript in place? Yes, that happens sometimes...

It happens to me all the time in Memzak's Board.

Memzak had some exceptionally bad Header/Footer code in the past. I wouldn't be surprised, if he messed it up again...

And without javascript things to look funky. (like GV's name is red because all admins have red names)
It can happen if you load a page and it randomly stops loading before the javascript is done loading.

Yea, that was a terrible code that I just copy pasted from the front page with no edits. After I cleared it's header I never added a code again... So it wasn't me this time.
As for the picture you posted artifact, that was of this thread and that was the exact phenomenon I was describing earlier. Your javascript isn't working for some reason. (that's the default way proboards displays mini-profiles with no codes attached)
Do you have javascript enabled? Because that's what's making it look funny. Your javascript is not working.

Some very usefull header/footer code prevents viewing this page with JS disabled. So his JS is enabled, but something breaks execution. So it probably is a header/footer code.

But then how come it's only his Javascript that is broken?
Artifact, have your tried using a different browser?

Wait, we still have that code? My bad; we can remove it now. Once I figure out which one it is.
At any rate, if it's a H/F code, as Memzak said it would affect everyone, or at least everyone on a certain browser. Unless Artifact is using some rare web browser, that is.

Nope, I don't think he is.

Hmm. I guess it is clientside, then. I guess noscript or something?

Perhaps. That combined with the custom title glitch means artifact views this forum quite differently to us.
I strongly suggest he gets a different browser. (Firefox or Chrome) Internet Explorer is just weird.

Hm. Any Javascripters know what could be happening here?

Our best bet would be disabled. He identified a reason as to why it is doing what it is doing (a broken script) and he is most likely correct. What features do chrome and firefox have (javascript wise) that IE doesn't have?

IE has plenty of features missing that FF and Chrome have. But I don't think thats the problem. I don't have IE, so I can't really debug it. And to be honest, I might also be wrong. When I look at the screen, it looks pretty weired to me. The favicon is still the Proboards standard, and that has nothing to do with JS. Still some HF code is executed like the colored names code. So it perhaps is a special character escape problem, like an open html tag or similar... now quickly looking at the code I only see this:
which has double quotes at the end where only one should be. But I don't think it should break anything and its far behind the favicon thing. Does IE have an error console? Open it, clear it, reload the page and paste the output and I might be able to help. This happens everytime you open that page?

Oh yea, I didn't even realize that all the other codes were working and it was only the mini-profile mod that isn't work. (As in custom stars and name colors work)
If you look at the screen shot's URL he's found these messed up posts in search whilst searching posts. Could this have anything to do with it?
