I have no idea what it does because it appears that this update so far has broken the game. I think it might be bringing back the old pen-line system.
The TAG system is weird.. you you add tags to your upload or are they the most common searches/terms?

Woot, the old pen-line is back, but it has been re-named to pen-lock.

I stay up til 4:00 AM...There was clearly a delay for this update and the game is also broken for me. I have java box thingy popup every time a game loads and it just not popping up this time.
Site problems maybe? The tag system could be the reason.
I hope the tag system is not something player controlled. Go to any random runescape video on youtube and look at the tags. >.> The system will become pointless in matters of weeks if that the case.

The TAG system is just like you entered that word and searched it on rating for all.
