I'm stumped... dont know how to build my gladiator.. all my other stickman can kill castle boss in 5 secs, but my glad instead gets killed by castle in 5 seconds... I'm lv 52, and have 60 on str, 17 on dex, and 25 on mag. Does anyone know a good combo of weapons and compo for my glad (other than blade + vampire + critical)?

And once you are using the lightsaber tank up on as much MAG as possible. It will kill 'em all.

It's quite an amazing class, these gladiators. Do a little math.
124 is the max SP right now (2 a level, you can get to level 62). Put it all in strength. 110 AT max, with a 0-0 weapon (none of which exist...) Using Blade 5, that's 160-190 AT. But there is more. With Berserk 4 (good luck, it's a nightmare to get, worst odds of any drop in game), you ADD 200% of the AT (tripling the total AT) for AT at 480-570. That's before priests.
With one priest, 124 strength plus black and red stone 4 (long iron staff is a good one), the priest will have 152 strength. But it's more fun with full blown three priest models. 152+152+152= Add 456% of the AT of the boxer.
You do the math, and get 2668-3169 AT! But I am STILL not finished. Get the other compo card on the Blade 5 as Critical Card 4... add 300%, which means quadruple, for every success of the card.
Though the normal is 2668-3169 (which is higher than my gladiator does on this model WITH all this, I only have one priest), you can have up to 10672-12676 AT!!! To put it in very blunt terms, you'd be doing as much as a quarter of the SM shrine boss' LP in one swing. This godly model would put down almost any non aerial unit in a single hit. But, consider the priests.
10-15 = 45-68 AT Total for three priests per target = 136-205 AT
So I doubt those naughty little bats and dragons will put up much a fight. These priests in sync cause a lot of damage in seconds.

does priest (attack) aura work on magical damage for Gladiator too? (Someone used it on boxer and it worked) I think mag-god Glad would be kinda cool too for a change from reg gods =3 maybe 3 priest, max srt. Glad: lightsabre, 100 mag, rest on str. Quick card 4 + (the gold jewel thingy) 4

Mag-gods are actually usually awful.
Though your Lightsaber 4 has merit, it's fairly LOW damage per hit. Not to mention Topaz 4 and Quick are hard to get. Quick is VERY hard to get.
A few Mag-gods would be
Glad.:
Fire sabel 4, (mag required) mag, rest on str Garnet 4 + Ruby 4
Notes: Makes large amounts of fire that linger. Decent choice, lots of damaging particles that have high damage, plus the STR enhanced AT.
Frozen sabel 4, (mag required) mag, rest STR Quick card 4 + Diamond 4
Note: It fires faster than the freeze length, and with every strike freezing, it will keep enemies frozen. Good choice, except for bosses.
