Well, I am here to rant for a bit. I am here to complain about the upload system. People are flooding in stupid pieces of 'work' such as a volcano, or a gun, or some random boring buildings empty of any technology, or some well known 'glitches'.
Since only 100 can be uploaded once a day, and there are so many boring uploads, this prevents the real professionals from uploading the really good stuff.
Personally(no i am not a professional) I had worked on a volcanic island (complete with a forest, several buildings with a wind turbine, lights, fish tanks, decorations, ladders, docks made of wood etc. and even sea water, which is dangerous to keep near the vines of the forest). I tested it 6 times and spent a total of 4 hours on it. I waited until 12am and then pressed 'upload' at about 12.05am(i needed to make some more changes). Imagine my frustration when it said "Reached 50 uploads in 12 hours" and the place was once again flooded with useless junk that nobody votes for anyway.

Well, welcome to the forums. Sorry to hear your dissent, but we have absolutely no power over this. Although we are the Dan-Ball Forums, we have no means of contact with ha55ii. He's the one who codes PG, so you'd have to contact him. Sorry. But, feel free to stay and explore the forums and...yeah.

We all have these feelings. We can't do anything about it, except for our own upload group.

That, and you just need to learn to wait.
Meanwhile, you can show off your current work before it's uploaded to the people that actually know how codes work via pastebin...

12:00 has absolutely nothing to do with it. You can be in any time zone. Midnight has no correlation with this.
Although I do disagree that the actual uploading time is at the time Cod suggested. Otherwise upload times would NEVER change. However, it'll work as a handy tool.

I can imagine it; one time I uploaded instructions for a computer I was going to upload in two days. The computer was done but there was no room. Guess what the mob of noobs does? Delete my instructions.
Also, here is how upload time giving works: when the 50th upload is 12 hours and 1 minute old, (and the times associated with the uploads are shown in japanese time) it becomes available for use. As many people as you want can press UPLOAD and get a spot at this time, UNTIL one of them presses "OK". At this point that 50th upload is now the 51st upload, and anyone who clicks "UPLOAD" will recieve the 50 posts in 12 hours thing. However, the people who have the "input title" screen still open are still allowed to upload at any time they choose so long as they don't close that tab (or their internet connection fails). This is how upload times vary from day to day: people "storing" upload times. Now, these uploads PUSH other uploads further down the list so the 50th oldest upload becomes newer, so that there are never more than a couple over 100 uploads in any 24 hour period.
This of course is just my theory, so pick at it if you'd like, but it always works for me.
