???What do the Whipper's Bullets do in Stick Ranger?

They increase the amount of magical attacks produced upon activation of the Whipper's magical weaponry. One extra bullet is produced for every 5 dexterity. The effects of dexterity are null if you are using an Iron Whip or a whip without any magic, of course.

bullet is worth it -__- there's not really a good build besides adding dex

Gladiator is better for full STR, yeah. To be honest though, adding MAG is far more important.

i'd usually just go with 20 mag and then rest on dex

My whipper has 60 mag, rest in dex. He destroys pretty much everything.

It increases the amount of effects in your whip.
i.e stone whip 1, pebbles come out.
with extra bullets more pebbles fly out, therefore more damage!

Technically and this does work it takes 5 level up for 2 bullets. Say you have stone whip, double the amont of mag on that and you have double the amount of bullets then if you add more it has 3-2-1 every time and so on.
