You can buy up to a certain number of spots for the listed price. I will draw from each level and the winner wins all bets made in that level.
Levels:
Dirt: Up to 25 spots, Max Price 5 Danballs, 1:1000 odds Wood: Up to 23 spots, Max Price 10 Danballs, 1:800 odds Leaves: Up to 21 spots, Max Price 12 Danballs, 1:700 odds Stone: Up to 30 spots, Max Price 15 Danballs, 1:650 odds Cactus: Up to 20 spots, Max Price 20 Danballs, 1:575 odds Iron: Up to 18 spots, Max Price 23 Danballs, 1:500 odds Gold: Up to 15 spots, Max Price: 28 Danballs, 1:250 odds Netherstone: Up to 12 spots, Max Price 30 Danballs, 1:125 odds Obsidian: Up to 10 spots, Max Price 40 Danballs, 1:35 odds Diamond: Up to 5 spots, Max Price 150 Danballs, 1:5 odds
If nobody wins in a certain level, the total purchases made for that level will be halved and distributed equally.

Max price, and not min price? How are the odds different for each one, unless this isn't the cactus machine?

Because the larger the odds, the more numbers there are available to be picked.

Wouldn't that only apply if the max amount of people participate in each level? Otherwise, all participants have generally equal odds.
