I have a Boxer in my team. The boxer has 10 MAG and a Thunder Glove (requires 10 MP). The special attack happens EVERY TIME. The blue bar never fills.
I also have a Whipper in my team. The whipper has 10 MAG and a Stone Whip (requires 10 MP). The special attack happens EVERY TWO TIMES. The blue bar fills completely, then clears.
This is an inconsistency and could be considered a bug.
The sniper, behaves as the boxer, not as the whipper. For the gladiator, I don't know.
Did someone else noticed this inconsistency too?

In fact, for the Sniper, Boxer and Gladiator, the special attack happens directly when the MP bar is charged.
lightsaber + 21 MAG: every 5 times
While for the whipper, the MP bar must charge and the special attack happens next time.
Stone Flail + 31 MAG: every 3 times!
This means that the best you can hope is 1 special every 2 times, and that most of the whipper builds you imagine have half the power that you have computed!

Maybe the boxer is so fast, the computer just decides to not have MP bars every milisecond

Yeah. Otherwise your whipper would pretty much have a whip with four needle knuckles on the end.

And you can fling whippers, I imagine this gives one a chance for airborne programming exploiting.
