...and here I thought the tie was broken again. Thanks for keeping rebel scum on the forum.
*Sarcasm self-test complete*
Oh, good, that's working...
Ah, now the tie is broken again in favor of permabanning the unforgivable, untrustworthy rebel scum. Thank you...

I was agreeing with Vertigo, btw
Tie is broken in favor of unban.
Please refrain from double posting.

I think it's hilarious this thread hasn't been locked yet. I think it's even more hilarious Veers hates me more than any human being I've ever seen. I find it ironic Veers wants me banned for being hateful, when he himself is being hateful towards me. Seems as I go forwards, he is fine with going backwards. Fine with me, as his empty vendetta does absolutely nothing to me.

Why would this thread be locked? So this way it stays a tie and you aren't banned? GV is rarely hateful, but when he is he has good reasoning behind it. And the thing that bothers me is the fact that you keep using the "He hates me more than any human being I've ever seen." He doesn't hate you that much. If he does then well I was wrong. And as a matter of fact, you aren't going forwards, you're staying in the same place! You're using that same voice inside you that got you in this crap hole anyway. If you had apologized to Qwerty, not accused GV of being raciest and A Homophobe for some reason, hating Viros for some other reason, and pissing most every one off in this forum... You aren't going forward, you're stuck in that puddle of glue that you always have been since you came here.

Somehow people still don't know I apologized to Temp... Odd... Same with Viros...
Anyway, I'm just trying to be a normal member. Think about it: Do you want me to be a bitter, hateful person, or do you want me to be a good member?

Also, it isn't a tie anymore. Favor is toward Kurai.

Stats don't lie. Of course, this ban appeal, unlike others, seems to be a continued effort to get me rebanned without me committing an offense, a way Veers could overcome the system. Now, if he DID push forwards with this as to gain the chance to instantly ban me without regard to the Policy, one could in fact consider that compromised judgment on his part, as he would be pushing for it out of motive, rather than for a real offense. Noted.

"There are three kinds of lies: lies, damned lies, and statistics." Zevulon can thank Samuel Clemens for that piece of information. Noted. Zevulon hasn't been punished for his offenses that he committed (and that have oftentimes been repeatedly stated) after the one month ban and before his ban appeal, other than what little time he gets every time the vote goes in favor of permabans. That's the ban he's appealing against, remember? - the one that was given a little duration of time after his offenses that took place after the one month ban and before the appeal. Either Zevulon is rather stupid, or he is lying (and therefore went against the Zero Tolerance policy that unconditionally came with the unban). I want him gone for a reason: his offenses and his apparent inability to refrain from them...

Hm, interesting. You would far rather have me as a bad member, purely so you could ban me, than even consider the idea of an attempt at redemption, which you do not prefer as it keeps me here.
I now question which bothers you more: My offenses (Which you've already apparently, by your own logic, banned me for), or me (Which seems a little more likely as your dislike is purely regardless of circumstance).
Nevertheless:
"I may not agree with your opinions, but I will defend your right to have them to the death."

You've had TO MANY chances to redeme yourself.

I no longer trust you, Kurai. You've been spouting the same redemption crap for a long time. And when that doesn't work, you've resorted to: Pathos attempts, bribery, MASSIVE pathos attempt with the suicide crap. And EVERY time you get redeemed you go back to being racist, anti-gay, and religion-intolerant. Not to mention trying to use crappy twisted logic to get your every point. AND poisoning the well on Veers, to say the least. I KNOW that you're not sincere. And I'm not forgiving you.

Angering GV is worse than jumping into a pool of nitroglycerin and sharp objects. On fire.
Although I haven't been around long, I've seen Kurai's numerous "apologies", racism, horrifying logic, and prejudice.
All I have to say is that I support ObG.

What OBG fails to notice is that there is a fairly quick reversion when I am not sincere. If I am not sincere, I do not hesitate to go back. Considering I'm actually acting good, and that I continue past any previous reversion date, I so far have either lied the best here, or actually changed.
After all, I will admit I was stupid, and did take things for granted. Do I regret these things? Yes. Do I wish to subject people to these things any longer? Absolutely not. Do I want to be normal? Well, of course, I always have. I've gotten what I never asked for: uniqueness. I would rather live and die a thousand boring normal lives where I fit in than a single autistic life where everything is a fight and everything is a battle.
Simply put, I do not WANT to be what I am hated for. I don't. I am not in any way supporting my previous idiocies. But I don't know if I could ever convince people of a truth they want to shut out.

This thread is only leading to argument. He is already unbanned, there will need to be another offense to ban him.

He hasn't even been banned for the offenses that took place after the one month ban, other than an incomplete banishment that was interrupted by an appeal and in the process of being put back into order. A new punishment would require a new (or a repeat) offense, but the original punishment merely requires the appeal to be turned down.
