Some people say that certain Colors can achieve certain effects on Humans, here are a few examples:
Green makes people relax.
Red makes them want to spend money(I'm so gonna stuff my Shop full of Red Text)
Yellow makes people concentrate.
What do you think about this?

I like green, but yellow doesn't make me concentrate, it makes me want to vomit. I find grays and blues help me concentrate.

I thought yellow made you hungry, red excited, and blue soothed.
I get red because it's an eyecatching color, by a lot.

Well, I guess it really varies by person, but apparently reds make you hungry, it's why so many restaurants use them in their logos.

Some colors certainly affect mood, as any interior designer can tell you.

The only reason yellow makes people concentrate is because it's so friggin hard to read. I sort of feel more at home when there's little bits of red and cyan around... Not sure why, maybe it's just because I like the colours.

I find myself unaffected by the colors that I am accompanied with in places. I simply take a liking to certain color settings that look better, in my opinion, to other ones.

Well, I read somewhere that red makes people feel more hungry. Many places that sell food use red in their logos for that reason. All of the Target stores are full of red stuff. Hrrm, perhaps. Blue is supposed to help you relax... I would say that for me Blue is a very "relaxing" color. Green? Not really.

Green helps me relax... If I need time to think about my PG master plan, I just stare at the gully right down from our house...

If I need time to think about my PG master plan, I just stare at the gully right down from our house... Is that a new color? What is your PG master plan and what colors are involved? Dark red, almost black, makes me think of death.

I'm sure there have been tests done. Placebos only work if someone knows what to expect, thus causing it.

Subconsciously, maybe. Probably not, however. I'm completely fine with working or staying in a room with any color at all. It doesn't really matter to me.
