I could use some help with how to beat the Mist Grove 2 boss. I keep dying. I've got 2 lv 34 Snipers and 2 lv 34 Magicians

However there is a maximum number of enemies this boss can spawn, and after reaching this limit it will simply stop without any defense. The best strategy to achieve this limit is to lure with a character so only a set of spawned enemies will come after it. Once this is repeated many times, the boss will be helpless. Another way to defeat this boss is to immediately position all characters directly under the boss. Even though the attack is weak, characters are severely damaged when a lot of these dragons attack them at once. Two snipers, two magicians. Take the one with the most defense, see if you can get silver crystals, and lure them away so the tree is dead quickly. Then take care of the flying creatures.

It's funny that my team is the same as yours... Before you get to the boss, turn autowalk OFF. Stay in that corner and wait for them to come one by one. Drag one sniper slightly forward to have him take most of the damage. When it's in trouble, drag him over some rice balls, then drag back to where it was.
I used weapon like Oct arrow, thunderstrom (both with Bullet card 3. Fire rise(found at that stage) works decent.
I also suggest big icicle (with diamond and quick's card) and ice meteor... but don't know if you have access to them yet.

Just do a bit more levelling up. On Mist Grove 2, you want to have your mages equipped with fire weapons so that you damage the bats faster. Damage as many enemies at a time as you can.

Well, I'd say thunderstorm / firerise / ice meteor for magician And since triple poison isn't accessable for the time being, I'll go with Oct arrow (with bullets card 3rd) / quint shot(with some crystals) / double poison

I'm level 27 now and I beat Submarine 4. I've been trying to beat MG2 since level 23 but still can't and i've tried everything. Maybe i just need to level up.

Well if you have a sniper, you can easily beat half of the bosses. That's what I'm going to do on SM Shrine and hopefully I post a screenshot of me beating it at level 27.
@rapidbadger: Use Triple or Quint Shot if you have a sniper.

Thoru since this boss spawns enemies, i'd go for crowd control. Thunder storm and fire rise are great ideas, but oct arrow is worse than quad, which is beaten by triple iron. You can get it in Mist Grove 1.

What? No! Oct Arrow is better. Because for every SP invested into DEX, all eight arrows get power-uped. And the effect is clearer when you equip a Bullet card 3.
