I'm making a new team. It's a 3 sniper and priest team. I was thinking I could invest one in each stat. However, this is ineffective, as only the MAG one can use effects, and it dies very quickly. What can I do to help it? (Note that I am beginning it. I am on Grassland 4/5 ish.)

I'd just level up evenly for the beginning, then start focusing on single stats once you get to more advanced parts...

have you tried a team with one sniper and there priests? its slow at the bringing but once you get far its really good but if you sniper dies it sucks if you don't have Staff of Poisoner but it depends I've also done a team with two sniper and two priests and its done very well so its your choice.

I can't really say much for stats, but you need to USE FRICKIN COMPO ITEMS!!!!!!!!111!!
I made a --- Club team with them, with no compos and current weapons, and they sucked.

Yes. I am trying to find compo items. However, my snipers not majoring in Mag are sucking at using the effects. Peridot can help a little though to help the effects stay longer when the arrow effect reloads. I will try to balance the other two by getting them up to 5 before continuing up on their main stat, currently at 16 SP.
I am trying to get a catapult's card 1 for my STR sniper. Wish me luck.

For a while use all your SP and invest in STR for everyone including your priest this will in crease the range of you snipers and the aura of the priest will increase (AT) making all the others attack higher. Could you take screen shots of your team?

Oh, if you're going poison, I HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend you hit the MAG threshold for one effect per shot before going on your way.
