You guys hopefully all know about the fan-ball engine(A bunch of fan-balls in a partially closed block box submerged in a liquid makes a super powerful engine). I've been tinkering around with that type of engine, and created a new more stable type. However, thats not the issue here. I want to create a laser using the power of this fan-ball engine, but I've been unsuccessful. I'm not talking wheel+output from fan-balls+laser=huge laser, I'm talking old school lasers, the ones that are super narrow but powerful stream of air. For an example of one of these lasers, search blueeyes and find his output laser. So, can anyone help me create one of those old school lasers using new tech?

It involves placing block in such a way that it comes out diagonally into a long, empty area... I think.

Yes please.
Edit: Hey, how do I use those size 0 lines of metal to direct which way the thunder travels through it?

Just use pen size 0, pen on line, right angles... You mean direction? Well, what specifically do you mean? As to the fanball laser: I just took an old laser and swapped out the fan for fanball engine.

Interesting. Can you scale in on the barrel and turn the lines off so I can see it clearly?
Btw, I use a different type of fanball tech. Heres my attempt at a laser. The beam always drifts up though, which makes me sad. Edit: I've removed the code. I've made my laser, but there is a problem. My balls never stay. Cloneballs aways disappear and out of 26 fanballs, only 2 remain. How do I keep my balls?

firstly, you dont keep your balls, they're mine, jk second, ive tried making a fanball lazer but the fanballs create pressure not wind, it ends up making the air get chaotic, spinning etc, only fan is a true oldschool lazer
i was quite good at making them (old lazers)

Tackew, I've done it now. I've made a laser, and its powerful. But it takes a while to power up. Hehehehehe. If I knew how to put my code into a code box on the forum, I'd show you.

I made a core, which you can place an unwired laser thing made out of block anywhere on the map, and use clear to FIRE YOUR LAZOR, and the core does not affect the outside area, except with clear/erase/an open side.

Not very accurate...
I think I'm really good at PG Lasers. Considering it's what I got most of my votes for. My top on getting a top of 1000. Why would you need Fan Balls when you have fan. It does the same thing more accurate.

Some time ago,i were pretty good at Fan lazers. Now i lost my faith, since the Mercury release, and now everyone likes the Mercury lazers. Anyways,i could make one for you,but it would take somthing like 2 or 3 days.

Why are we still debating? The first one posted works fine and has a straight line. Unless you want a horizontal one.

Anyone ever tried making a diagonal line laser?Try doing that with fan ball.

Its hard I've tried with vcordie, and we didn't succed because the beam kept getting unstable,no matter what we upgraded in hopes of keeping it from being unstable.
