Hello, folks! Well, I'm a new member on the forum (as you may see), but I've been a long time lurker. First, I'd like to say this seems to be a really good place, and I hope to contribute the best I can to it. =)
Well, now, to what matters: The team.
I use a Magician-Sniper-Boxer-Whipper team. Well, not much because of a strategy, more because I prefer those classes over the others. First thing you guys can see is that it doesn't have a gladiator, and I use the whipper in places the gladiator would be used instead. However, i think the whipper is even more useful because of the ability to send projectiles with some weapons, which I make use. The boxer is the tank, and I use the magician to give extra power to the ranged part of the team, rather than to inflict status like freeze on the opponents (I use the team PvE and PvP.) Another thing you might notice is that some weapon choices are very unusual, and may be considered not good, but, well, to be honest, I use these weps because I like them more than because they're powerful. What I seek is more of how to build the characters properly, other compo items and, perhaps, a different, experimental combination of weps. Ok, after this damn speech, here's the stats:
Team level 33
Magician:
Big Thunder 3 - Topaz 4 and Catapult's Card 4
32 Str and Dex, 178 HP
Sniper:
Triple Poison (I plan on changing that, perhaps to a double fire) - Emerald 4 and Peridot 4
str 39 and mag 25, 178 HP
Boxer
Sonic Knuckle - Vampire's Card 4 and White Stone 5
47 Str and 10 Mag, 628 HP with the White Stone
Whipper
Thorn Chain - Blue Stone 4 (will get the better one) Quick's Card 4
82 mag, 234 HP with the stone.
I haven't upgraded his DEX because the projectiles aren't for attacking enemies from far away, but rather, attacking them from a closer range so the bullets can hit him for maximum damage.
Thanks to everyone who helps me!

Here is what I think you should do to improve your team.
The Sniper is the classic devastating set-up so I like that. It can destroy bosses and other teams. The Boxer could be improved using the Zombie's card to replace the White Stone 5 because it makes the HP 1.5x. Also, replace the Vampire's Card with a Black Crystal 4 if you want a great tank. Vampire's Card is more useful in PvE than VS mode. The Magician could be given a Thunder Spear 4 and the combo items of Guide's card 4 and Catapult's 4 to destroy enemies in both PvE and PvP. Big Thunder is a horrible weapon and is EASILY outclassed by Thunder Spear and Ice Meteor. For the Whipper, I suggest to stop adding MAG and keep it at 60ish, because it will activate the Thorn Chain every other hit. I suggest replacing the Blue Stone 4 with a Bullet's card 4 to add more projectiles.
These changes could improve the efficiency of the overall team and even it out for both types of gameplay. Your set-up was well planned out btw, you just need to plan out what you want as your final weapon and add SP accordingly. The combo item hunting might be difficult, but at the end you can do REALLY high dmg.

Thanks a lot, Alphaepic! I indeed thought about the Zombie's Card, but the damage to fire doesn't appeal to me even with the HP boost, but I'll do it for the sake of testing, it can't be bad. Will do it for the Magician, and do you think the Quick's Card really is a good idea? I thought people wouldn't like it very much.

No problem. Well the zombie's card is good for PvP because not many people use fire and it gives you more HP than the stone. The Quick's Card is actually a pretty good idea to me. When it has a Bullet's Card 4 too, it doubles the needles and makes you hit the enemies REALLY fast so you end up doing some of the highest damage per second in the game!
BTW, once you get the magician set-up, you'll see why I said it was really good.

Indeed, the compo hunting has been a pain. I got the guide's card already for the magician, I really noticed the difference... I can imagine that it will be really devastating with the other one,
[EDIT] (And sorry for the double post)
Guys, I have a question for you.
Only now I have come across the Pyramid Arrow. My mag is still 10 points lower than what is required, which is 35, and, although it only has one arrow, it seems to be a lot more stronger than the triple poison. Is it worth it?

Getting the Pyramid Arrow or Triple Poison really depends on gameplay.
Pyramid arrow is MUCH better for PvE, but for PvP Triple poison is preferred. With Triple Poison you can get more range and the arrows fall at the speed of iron arrows. I've only used Pyramid Arrow a few times, considering how I am very PvP based. It just all depends on what kind of team you have and if you want it to great in VS or powerful in PvE.

Guys, i'm starting a new team, consisting of a gunner, priest, whipper and sniper. Again, the team is for PvP and PvE. Here is what I want for them:
Gunner: Want to make him use a Homing Laser Beam 4 for normal enemies, a Sniper Rifle for bosses and perhaps PvP
Priest: Attack Aura only, with Staff of Poisoner to make it more usable on battle and not just stay there for the aura
Sniper: Same poison sniper, but with Pyramid Arrow. I wanna try to make it work better with the pyramid.
Whipper: Same Thorn Chain whipper, but with more on Dex for a better radius

That sounds pretty cool. Gunners with 3 Round Burst/Mini-Uzi own everything in PvE, but Sniper Rifle is a good choice for VS Mode. BTW, If you want a useable priest, get a Combat Staff with Catapult's Card 4 and Red Stone 5/Yellow Crystal 4. Staff of Poisoner isn't that great without other priests and MAG.
I'll upload my Rank 6 VS Team soon...

3 round burst seems to be a little too expensive in my view. I'll try doing that with the priest.

On your gunner you could have just 10 MAG so the weapon only costs 3$. With a Bullet's Card and Quick's Card it's amazing on swarms because of its spread and still great on single enemies.

Alright, got both the Warrior's Staff and the Staff of Poisoner ready. Both of them had some interesting results.
-Enemies that attack when you attack them are really REALLY no problem with the SoP
- Warrior's Staff provides a really good support for meelees
- SoP is useless when immunities come to you
- Warrior's is useless when you're with a long ranged enemy, or flying, whereas the SoP can take care of them more easy.
So, I think that I'll keep on switching between the staffs, just using one when I don't need the other.

Adding a Catapult's card to either might help a ton. You could poison/attack whole groups of enemies at once.
Also, I'm making a similar PvE team except it's a Boxer instead of a Whipper.

Alright, I've collected a series of weapons for each member to form an "arsenal", so here's what I made for each class:
Whipper: Thorn Chain with Quick's and Bullet's, Freeze Whip with Diamond and Quick's
Priest: As said, Warrior's staff and staff of poisoner
Sniper: Pyramid Arrow, Triple Poison and Poison Shot, all with Emerald and Peridot, Fire Shot with Garnet and Ruby
Gunner: Sniper Rifle with Quick's and Red Stone, Grenade Launcher with Garnet and Ruby, Mini Uzi with Critical's and Yellow Crystal, Missile with Gold Medal and Blue Stone, Default Gun with Red Stone and Gold Medal (For when I'm low on money), and a Laser Beam Gun and a 3 Round Burst that I have no idea on what to put in them.

Holy crap that's a pretty awesome set of weapons!
But for the Sniper why do you have the Fire Shot? I suggest replacing that with the Flame Arrow, it has a really high DPS for a Sniper weapon and it works on flying enemies, a single enemy, and mobs. A Garnet 4 and a Bullet's Card 4(if possible, haven't tested) would be pretty powerful.

I use the Fire Shot in cases that I can't use the poison weapons, for instance, the first cavern 6 floor. I also use it because of its piercing capabilities, so, when there's narrow hallways or things blocking my way, I use it.
Another thing that I forgot to mention: I'm working to make the sniper rifle a long ranged machine-gun. Working with the priest, I now have a gun that does no less than 300 damage and a 8-10 agi. It can basicly obliterate everything, and I frankly believe it's better than the mini-uzi.

Oh, that seems like a good idea. But the Flame Arrow would still be really useful for mobs...
I usually only carry 2 weapons for each Class, but making a weapon for each individual situation sounds interesting.

I only thought of that now, and it works really well for me.
Pyramid Arrow is my "Default" bow
Triple Poison is for Vs mode
Poison shot is for when there's this stupid block making it impossible for you to shoot arrows that go in a curve
Fire shot is my last resort.
Or for the gunner: Sniper rifle is the default, Missile is for bosses with large HP, Grenade is for mobs, Laser is for piercing, Default gun is for mining gold...
