It looks pretty cool, it is overall not very bad, but I think the way you shaded the M just looks strange, I'd redo it like the other letters. I am also not sure about the random dithering, I usually try to follow patterns with dither. It is the same idea as the common checkerboard, but is just less appealing up close. Keep going with it, it is good to see you got used to it.

I am interested as to how you achieved those light effects. Very good in my opinion. not superb, but yes. It is good. Also, the shaped of the letters... A bit strange, as I'd describe them. The dotted spots around the letters, I would suggest a patter, as Priok also mentioned.

I don't like your blocky letters. In my opinion the "M" looks HIDEOUS weird, and the the others are too square.
