Remove all the guides in 'Links for New Members' and replace them with four links only: Forum Rules, Badges, introductions, and a thread with brief explanations of what Dan-Ball is and of each game on the site.
Users don't want to go and read paragraphs of information they could care less about.
Also, simplify some of the paragraphs in Forum Rules. Instead of
Just do
The majority of the forum rules and explanations make it seem like users are basically five year-old children. ProBoards ToS clearly states that you must be thirteen to possess an account on the forum. Obviously, if you cannot follow simple rules without an explanation, then you should not be on the forum. There's no reason to create links with pages of information the large sum of users will find intimidating/redundant or basically views them as being ignorant. We are not five years old. Do not make us assume that you think we are. If you have the capability of accessing the forum via internet, then you should have the intellect to listen to simple requests from the forum.
The goal of this thread is to simplify the transition of forum policy to the user.
Note: When I say things are unnecessary/redundant, I mean thatseriously, how many people do you actually think read all this shit there is no point on having this information because the majority of it encompasses things users already know or do not care about.

- Guide to Usage of Dan-Balls: Unnecessary (common sense)
- Guide to Earnage of Dan-Balls: Debatable ('earnage' isn't even a word; money system itself is pretty redundant at this point)
- Karma Guide: Unnecessary (common sense; people like/dislike you)
- Guide to Forum Knowledge: Put in Archives (common sense pertaining to what staff ranks are and why people have different stars)
- Staff Members: Unnecessary (Merge into Forum Rules)
- Dan-Ball: Broaden (Add brief explanations of what each game is and remove direct link)

Posts without Active Contribution
Risk: 5% warning and post count modification
A post must actively contribute to the discussion within its thread. Posts that add no extra significance to the thread, such as laughing out loud or agreeing to/rejecting a previous argument without giving reasoning, violate this rule. Polls are an exception. If you are a repeat-offender, your post count may be reduced by two for each useless post.
