So there's like this raging debate about KK7 and Veers and whatnot, but I'll get to that in a minute. I'd like to bring you back to the day you joined the forum. Wasn't it fun? Wasn't it carefree? You probably thought it was run by responsible adults like I did! What went wrong? You started to care too much. You're getting emotional over things that really don't matter. If nobody gave a crap about any of the crazy stuff people do online, things would be much better. The sole function of a moderator should be to clean up the truly offensive content. Moderators aren't mediators. They aren't counselors. They don't have superior judgement. KK7 shouldn't be banned, but that's not really my primary concern. I'd like you all to put this in perspective. The only reason you should come here is to have some fun. Read about powder game, play some RPs, etc. If you're coming here to settle a conflict, wage a vendetta against your enemy, or post about some horrible social injustice on the internet (oh god forbid!) you have lost your way. That was my big mistake, and the only reason I care enough to tell you about it is because some of you are kinda my friends.
And to be clear, this message is inherently hypocritical. Here I am railing against railing against social injustice, itself a social injustice... If that makes any sense. And if you don't understand what I'm talking about, I guess that's fine. Hopefully you'll realize soon enough. But, anonymous person online, it doesn't matter all that much to me.

I agree, but if we are to get sentimentally attached it should be treated as so...

It apparently matters enough for you to make a topic about it, but you pointed that out yourself. Just let people pretend things matter if it makes them feel better.

Good god, I just read the whole first post with incredibly dramatic music from something I was playing in another tab. (will orchestra and choir dramatic with sirens and gunfire everywhere)
It just made the first post three billion times more epic.
On a side note, when I read it through the second time, here is my reply:
I don't really mind all this 'drama' I tend to stay out of it and watch it from a distance with the occasional remark and just enjoy the forum. If I were to become staff, it would be my job to be in the thick of the drama. (urgh) In which case my opinion would matter, but I'd still try and do my best anyway. I'm only really human. I still mostly come to this forum for fun and internet friends.
Also, no one is truly anonymous on the internet. (99.99% of the time) The only time you'd ever be anonymous is if you sneak across boarders into another country, never get caught on camera and always use back alleys, not post anything on the internet that might hint as to where you are going and then stealing/purchase a laptop from a black market making sure to keep yourself unidentifiable and crack a random wifi network (from somewhere not anywhere near the public eye) and THEN post on the internet. Even then you'd still have a million things could identify you and you'd still have to be incredibly careful. tl;dr : You are never truly anonymous.

Of course, you're never truly anonymous if you're on the Internet either, but his point is that people that you haven't even met in real life and don't generally know very much about are talking to you, and it's your choice to decide whether or not you wish to be concerned in any way about them.
Also... Thank you for caring about us, MF, your thread shows lots of love and caring.

Yes, thanks a lot for your care. I don't think there's any kind of power abuse, GV got pissed of enough to deserve to ban Kuraikiba, but I think that maybe he could deserve a second chance.

But see, and I'm neutral here, anger is not a valid reason to ban someone, especially in the system we have now.
