This game is simple, but will be fun, especially if you're creative. The object of the game is to construct a city based on the challenges I give you. To play, you need to own Minecraft, and start a new world (unmodded client only). The site you construct your town requires a couple of things: water access(must be decently sized, such as a pond or river), and it needs to be at least 50% dirt/grass. Terraforming can be done at later point in the game. The game starts with each player constructing 5 houses, and a small wheat farm in their village. Later, I will begin issuing challenges that your village must fulfull e.g. construct 10 more houses, construct a library, build a statue, etc. Rules/recap: - This must be done in survival mode, on at least easy difficulty.
- Town must be built on/by a body of water, such as a river or pond
- town must be 50% dirt and have at least some direct access to sunlight ( a window will do)
- village starts with 5 houses and a wheat farm
- challenges will be issued randomly in this thread by me
First challenge will be issued after a decent number of players has joined.

So... it's a game of Minecraft, with a few challenges thrown in. Exactly. I'm not gonna do this because I only play SMP. EDIT: The server I always play on fucked it up big time and is having a giant restart where everybody starts out again with nothing so I'm gonna try this. There are a few things I don't understand: When you say the town has to be 50% grass and dirt, do you mean the foundation or the town itself? I doubt we're supposed to make dirt houses. And also regarding the direct sunlight do you mean that you're expecting us to make it underground or some shit?
