I mean take the original image, index it, save it, then load the indexed version of the picture into the generator. Step 1:
Also, I sometimes get lines from the menu to the place where the pixel is being drawn. It's not a problem with the program itself, it's PG.

What I suggest for an update is that if there is a row of the same element, the program doesn't keep re-selecting that element? For example, if I have a row of 16 bomb dots, it would not keep selecting bomb for another dot, rather it would go in a straight line until it reaches 16 dots. This would reduce the time spent on one object of pixel art.
I don't know if that's possible or not, I'm rather inexperienced in the field of programming...

You had to calibrate it onto the Powder Game applet, nmagain. Otherwise it would randomly click on things.

Yonder: I was thinking of making it so it goes by element (does all powders, then all water, so on...) rather than by row. That could nearly double the speed.

Okay, it was better this time. I got into a fight with the moving cursor once I accidentally restarted the image... After an hour, I won. Maybe you should have the process terminate itself if the PG window is exited(or just not on top).
Luckily, during the cursor's rampage through my computer, I managed to save what I had on notepad. Had I not been so fortunate, I might have raged at my keyboard instead.
There were about 3 of those lines that screw up your image.(which was on average, excellent, since the image was so large)
Now, I will retry fixing the image.(It's really just a few lines) Will post back with results.

Sorry about the lines, did you have the newest version? Sadly, in Java, you can't really see if the window is not on top. I'll try to implement a feature so you can stop the process. I'll also try to make the program automatically index the image. (with you choosing color or gray). I have an update for the element maker that allows it to automatically upload to imgur.

Eh, yeah, Java is good for cross-platform dev, I use both Windows and Ubuntu, but I wrote this one specifically for Windows because I didn't know of a cross-platform way of operating the mouse.
