So, How Was Your Day? Thread

Basically, we talk about our days.
So how was your day?
I just woke up so I don't really have anything to say... Except my friend is pissed off at one of her friends because they were talking crap about her best friends.

Well, I woke up to a PM from Qwerty talking about this potential replacement forum... So, not really very ordinary. Plus, school tomorrow D:

Ugh, school.
My day was interesting. Restoration in the morning, school project all day, and then some reparations, apologizing, and then chatting.

Well, I woke up, took a very relaxing shower, got dressed, made some pancakes for my mother, my sisters, and myself, and then I played some TF2. After that, I called up a friend and we went biking around the neighborhood. When I got home, it was about 2:00 pm. I went to my room and surfed the web for about an hour. I worked on a school project for a while, and then I went upstairs to play some Pikmin.
BEST. DAY. EVAR.

My day? Well for one, i got almost 2nd degree sun burns!!! Well its not as bad as last time i got a sunburn. I had a 2nd and a half degree sunburn last time, then i went to the doctor and she said that i had the worst sunburn she had seen in sevral years, so she brought in a student to see it and the student, well.... she was slightly flabergasted at how i got that type of sunburn. I answered "Well I was out in the sun without sun screen for 5 hours..." The blisters were the size of a quarter or half dollar... So that was my day and i couldnt sleep the whole night.

Fifth day of a five-day weekend. But most of it was taken by a concert. Most of that was sitting with my uniform and instrument, doing nothing. However, I did make a commitment to learn how to write Vulcan.

Well, my exams are next week, but we had our French listening exam last week. Our German teacher sprung the listening exam on us today, so we had a few hours to revise, but of course we didn't have our books, as German wasn't today. He said he had notified us, but the entire class hadn't revised. So, yeah.

Woke up. Pulled out my retainers. Fell down a flight of stairs. Sat on the landing for a while writhing in pain. Gingerly came downstairs. Found that my dad ate all of the cereal (1.5 boxes) last night. Ate a dry packet of ramen. Walked up to the bus, fell down in the wet grass. Had the most dreadful forced conversation with a kid at our bus stop. (He was talking about smoking pot). Got on to the bus. Suffocated because the front of the bus is cooler than the back and the bus driver was a bit cold, which caused them to crank the heat up in the bus, making the back where I had to sit unbearable. GOt to school. Accidentally stabbed myself in the finger with my pencil. Got accused of dripping ink from a leaky pen on the desk. Went to second period and wasted 70 minutes there dong pictionary and simon says in Spanish. Went to third period and watched a film in french with white subtitles on a white background, which nobody could read. So I just looked at the pictures of mutilated subjects of the holocaust. Sat in the library at lunch until one of my friends came up and ripped my homework to pieces because they remembered I did that to them in 6th grade. (In my defense, it was AFTER they had turned it in and had it graded). Taped my homework back together. Went to Biology and suffered through the antics of our substitute teacher who was present that day. In biology we attempted to fit little bits of paper together on a piece of paper. All of the table groups struggled through this except ours because I realized the bits of paper, with A T G and C written on them represented base pairs in a DNA sequence. Went to math class and listened through a review lecture because the failing seniors in my class still don't understand factoring (they're a year behind and I'm a year ahead). Got on the bus and had to sit through an awkward ride where some girl was crying about her abusive parents. Got off the bus and fell into the grass again. Got home and discovered that my experimental file management system transferred files from my laptop to absolutely no where. Started tinkering with making a static IP for my laptop and managed to break my internet connection. Posted here.
A few days ago I literally soldered myself to a power supply transformer in an old DVD player though... I got a bad burn from that. And I had to decide whether to cut my skin off of it or re-melt the solder and free my finger that way.
I chose to cut the skin off
Maybe I should clarify with a chat transcript. FoxtrotZero: Are you serious? MicroFarad: yes MicroFarad: entirely FoxtrotZero: Belgium you. And do hear my elaboration MicroFarad: ? MicroFarad: elaboration? FoxtrotZero: You have the Belgium-ing NERVE to insult the girl next to you on that bus. You have the nerve to care more about your shitty day than her shitty life. THAT is not a situation you have been though, because let me tell you something. Nothing compares, and if thats hell, then I've been through hell and back. MicroFarad: ah MicroFarad: I didn't mean to come off as insensitive MicroFarad: I don't know her FoxtrotZero: Perhaps not, but that is not relevant MicroFarad: Theree was nothing I cold do MicroFarad: *could MicroFarad: It was awkward FoxtrotZero: It probably was. Did you even try to comfort her? MicroFarad: I felt empathy, and if she was my friend it would have been diferent MicroFarad: But she would have freeked if she thought I was listening MicroFarad: Which was kinda hard not to
Basically, the highlight of my ba day was the realization of the fact that I work next to, go to school with, and coexist with people who have these troubles. The bad part about that bus ride was not the awkwardness. It was the fact that stuff like that happens.
Apparently the censor we have replaces the F word with Belgium, the name of a country...

Well my day was very nice. I woke up, ate some cereal, played a game (L4D2 to be exact), and went to an art show to see all of the art that they had to offer. I came home had some macaronie and cheese and chicken (best combo ever) then we set up the Wii to play a movie on netflix and we watched Dr. Horrable, Deadly impact, and Bondocks Saints. And then i wrote this.

Medieval Times is always fun, even if the sword fighting is cheesy and the storyline is predictable (Seriously, why did they bother cloaking the traitor in the first place if it was that obvious?) I wouldn't be surprised if medieval wars started a lot of brushfires.

Well this is interesting, Ok so we left some BBQ in the fridge for about 2 months and then we opened up the fridge and found the BBQ, we opened the container up and then we found it covered in mold... Not the run of the mill mold but the type that will turn your meat to powder... Needless to say, it was discusting.

Not too good a day today, but not too bad either.
It's Friday! (YAY I Get to go home from boarding school for the weekend) I did bad in my English test and was shouted at by my Afrikaans teacher for not doing something I did. (my homework) [Afrikaans is my second language, mandatory until the end of highschool. DAMMIT]
But on the plus plus plus plus side.. I GO HOME! (mentioned above, but it's really that awesome)
Besides, my worst day can never EVER be topped. So, that's why I don't really ever have a new worst day.
Either way... I might write out my worst day later...
