Mist Grove 3 Boss drops Crit's card 3 at 5% Submarine 2 Boss drops Bullet's card 3 at 5% (according to dan-ball wiki)
but i have to fight mist grove 3 like 30 times before i get a crit's card. whereas i only have to fight submarine 2 boss like 10 times before i get a bullet's card.
is it me or is the drop rates different?
Edit: I hunted these items a number of times (i'd say more than 10), and everytime the bullet's card appears faster.

I can guarantee you, both drop the cards at 5%. What you are experiencing is the magic of statistics. If you beat both enemies 1000 times, you will get around 50 cards each. But its very possible to get one card after 10 and the other after 30 tries.

Probability is not a guarantee, but merely a prediction of the ratio of desired results to total results as the number of total results increases ad infinitum.
You might end up getting Bullet's Card 3 two times in a row, or you might end up fighting 389 times before getting that card - just as disabled indicated above with your example.

Think of it as this:
Game picks number from 1-100, 5 return card. It picks RANDOM numbers, so you could get it twice in a row.

Using bronze medals 3 I have gotten two cards at the same thing + gold and a rice ball from a boss. The chances of that is somewhat rare even with the medals but the idea is that there still a chance of that.
You seem to got lucky with the submarine 2 boss.

well actually, i've hunted for these items a number of times, and everytime, the bullet's card takes shorter to get.

For me, drop rates work like this: if I need an item, it takes anywhere from at least a while to practically forever to get, if I don't need it and it does me no good, it appears anywhere from often enough to like crazy. I'm pretty sure SR's RNG hates me or something at least as far as item collecting goes. (For damage rates though, I see enemies deal closer to the low end of their AT range just slightly more often than the higher end of their AT range, whereas my characters experience the opposite story when dealing damage to enemies, so I guess in that sense the RNG is balanced for me.... still, though. ITEMS please. I'm fine as long as I'm not dealing a flurry of 1s with my thunder weapons while my enemies keep smacking me with the highest possible damages).

That's nothing, Black Stone 5 probably has the worst drop rate in the game, considering what you have to do to even reach the mobs that drop it
