So I was using the "recent posts" page of this forum to see the most recent posts. But it only shows the last 10 posts and it gets spammed by the spam board and other uninteresting boards. So I found a better alternative: the search function. You can increase the post count and select what board you want to see. You can generate an URL for the search, so you don't have to create the search manually each time. The only downside: Its a bit messy.
This is a link for the last 50 posts of the last 24 hours on all boards:
danballforum.proboards.com/index.cgi?action=search2&search=&board-welcome=1&board-help=1&board-about=1&board-announcements=1&board-announcesite=1&board-announcevital=1&board-announcesecurity=1&board-pg=1&board-pghelp=1&board-pgideas=1&board-upload=1&board-pgtech=1&board-sr=1&board-srhelp=1&board-srupdates=1&board-srideas=1&board-hax=1&board-other=1&board-hrmobile=1&board-wcc=1&board-rocatsmobile=1&board-ee=1&board-is=1&board-lw=1&board-mp=1&board-sm=1&board-hr=1&board-mt=1&board-csmobile=1&board-psmobile=1&board-valistrokemobile=1&board-rtfmobile=1&board-intro=1&board-general=1&board-fgam=1&board-srsdeb=1&board-stories=1&board-spam=1&board-contests=1&board-contestideas=1&board-officialcontests=1&board-members=1&board-clockwork=1&board-microfarad=1&board-ganon=1&board-generalveers=1&board-izacque=1&board-m4=1&board-memzak=1&board-foxtrotzero=1&board-qwertyuiopthepie=1&board-vertigo=1&board-viros=1&board-pubarch=1&board-shop=1&board-badges=1&hours=0&days=1&maxresults=50
If you want to customize the search, copy and past the url to notepad and delete the boards you don't want (remove the board together with the leading "&" and the following "=1").
Here is my custom search:
danballforum.proboards.com/index.cgi?action=search2&search=&board-welcome=1&board-help=1&board-about=1&board-announcements=1&board-announcesite=1&board-announcevital=1&board-announcesecurity=1&board-pg=1&board-pghelp=1&board-upload=1&board-pgtech=1&board-sr=1&board-srhelp=1&board-srupdates=1&board-hax=1&board-other=1&board-hrmobile=1&board-wcc=1&board-rocatsmobile=1&board-ee=1&board-is=1&board-lw=1&board-mp=1&board-sm=1&board-hr=1&board-mt=1&board-csmobile=1&board-psmobile=1&board-valistrokemobile=1&board-rtfmobile=1&board-intro=1&board-general=1&board-srsdeb=1&board-contests=1&board-contestideas=1&board-officialcontests=1&board-shop=1&board-badges=1&hours=0&days=1&maxresults=50
You can bookmark that link or keep the tab open and reload when you want.
*edit* I came up with a better idea to create the search URL. Go to the usual search and check the boards and other constraints you like. Copy this code:
and paste it into the location bar on the open search page and hit enter. Now submit the search query. Your custom search URL is now in the location field, you can easily create a bookmark to it.
