Defense of the West Outpost

Pie was sitting up late, checking the Phoenix networks. He had almost located the location of the main Phoenix base when, at about 1:30 AM (not that that means much in Antarctic), he received a priority message, sent and encoded via Phoenix channels.
With that, the network was cut. All of it. Pie quickly called Memzak's room directly.
"They are coming. We need to move. Now."
(OOC: Yep, a split from the Victory at West Outpost thread.)

*I walk into the room (This thread)*
I listen to what Pie has to say. "What exactly does this plan entail? Or have we not figured that out?" I said.
"To me it sounds like they are going to completely obliterate this whole area, but by missile or by army I don't know. "
"We'll need to double up troop training. I'm going to send out a message to our main base in the homeland to send over a large amount of troops over by airdrop. We'll need to boost our numbers if we want to be able combat the Phoenix Army."
"Pie, could you do anymore to find out exactly what plan 2526B is? It could mean the difference between life and death."

"I was halfway through downloading schematics for the plan when the network was cut. That just shows that it was part of the plan. The first part is to cut off the network, the second is to allow an hour or so grace period, the third is to surround the base with Phoenix troops, and the network cut off there, but you can guess the rest. If they are ordering Phoenix troops to leave, they aren't going to care who they shoot missiles at. I doubt they'll destroy the base itself, though. The base has mechanisms designed to counteract missiles, and they are still active.
We don't have much time until... Oh my. I think I hear some gunshots."

"Yes, there are gunshots. I noticed a small force of troops coming towards us, but radar said their numbers were tiny. Looks like they have fooled us." I said.
I took out my phone and made a call. I called the main base and got them to send a satellite image from one hour ago to my phone. I got the image and saw that their troops were huge. Even though it was very blurry, you could still see the large Phoenix army emblem.
"I think you should see this." I said as I gave the phone to pie.
"They do indeed had a large number of troops. The only thing we can do is try our best to take out as many troops as we can and stay alive int he process until our reinforcements come in. I've already stated the new urgency of reinforcements." I said.
"I also sent out for my custom armor. I think you'll like it." I said with a smile on my face, for I love my armor very much and fight at my best while wearing it.
"We should notify all the troops."

Oh oh... I will stop my projects for assault tech. I will freeze those projects and start with defensive stuff.
EDIT: Defenses should be ready soon.

"Good." I said.
"I have just been notified that our coin seed research has been complete. We've already began mass production, they'll be of extreme use to the SR legion." I said.
The sirens went off in the barracks and the Cytronian soldiers poured out of my section of them. Some of them manned the walls and merged for turrets, some of them made Devastators and the rest prepared themselves for war. It was then the door opened. A cytronian walked in and told me it was ready.
"My armor is ready, when you hear from me next, I'll be co-ordinating from the battlefield." I said as I left the room and followed the cytronian to my sleeping chambers at which point I dismissed him and opened up my largest closet. In the center propped up, was my armor. My glorious armor. I then began changing.

My troops are ready. We just finished our upgraded Flamethrower and Magnum. I would suggest having my troopers as assisters to the SR Legion. We will be more of a backbone since our Tech isn't very advanced after all. Now, the frontal defences are ready, it's time to get the defences for the base online.

Sirens went off. "CRAP!" I grabbed my troops out, including the troops I'd been training. I quickly donned my Thunder Glove 1. I sent out the Wheel Riders first, and they spread out and started firing at the infantry. Behinf them came the melee classes with the Dragon Riders over them. The Dragon Riders started destroying tanks with their magic rays, diving over them and bombing them. The Whippers and Boxers started taking out the infantry, with the Gladiators using the anti-tank methods used in the original battle. The snipers started piercing the infantry with their arrows. The gunners fire at the tanks and infantry, and the Grenade Throwers are instructed to throw in front of the tanks, because it would be possible to kill my melee classes if I attacked enemy infantry with the Grenade Throwers. Behind the Ranged Classes, the Magic Classes approach. The Magicians mainly aim at Tanks, focusing their fire on them. The Conjurers send their attacks at the enemy infantry, with the attacks avoiding my men and homing towards the enemy infantry. The Support Classes come after that. The Priests boost the Melee and Ranged Classes, helping them to fight through the first wave. the Medics rush forward and start mobbing the Phoenix infantry, with the Melee men being healed sto continue fighting. The Medalwalkers throw onigiris to the Ranged Classes, allowing them to continue fighting. They also throw out some coins, reviving a few men. They throw discs with the Ranged Classes.

The Fire Troopers preferred to stay behind the SR Legion, killing any lost Phoenix Soldier. Some of them started running to keep up with the SR Legion. Hmm... I will keep on my research for the DF3 which will be much lighter and stronger than the current one.

Arty and his Troopers ducked and the Missiles hit the Outpost. Hey! Don't do that! Now i was angry, they had destroyed the Labaratory. Soldiers! Move out! Sticks, follow me! We rushed forwards, burning all Phoenix soldiers coming to close. The sticks shot arrows and the Cytronians blasted them down. Muhahah! That will learn those suckers! Now all forces were twice as fierce, i could return to the outpost to get everything that was left from the labaratory. The enemy tought they could destroy all Tech we were working on, but it was safe in a safe. I went on with my scientists to finish this stuff.

Pie: That missile blasted a huge hole in the wall, and more are coming around back. We need to at least reconnect the connection, all I could get locationwise was a minor research base and I'm all set up to find the HQ.
Hang on a sec... I'm getting a connection. Whatever it is, it isn't friendly... Er... This is bad... Mind locking the doors while I stop the Phoenix Cyber-Attack?

"Pie, your covered. I've send Cytronians to protect you." I said.
I've also ordered a 'pack' of devastators to launch and assault attack at the phoenix troops coming from the behind. They ran up and attacked with full force at the opposing army. Loads of cytronians also swarmed the hole in the wall, attempting to defend it.
Yonder's drone core were also notified and they soon attacked the north coming army. Rabid's Bioshock legion joined forces with the SR legion to take on the east coming army. (The biggest) The Devastators took the people coming from the west. The south was protected by more cytronians, but needs some backup. The hole in the wall is on the east wall.
(Heh, just incase Rabidbadger or Yonder actually joins the battle this time)
The south was in dire need of more protection, so that is where I will lead the cytronians.
"Lets do this. CHARGE!" I said as I led the cytronians into battle in the south.
My armor is made out of the strongest lightest material that is only possible to make in space at extremely high temperatures. It is super light super strong and embed with tech everywhere. It was painted midnight black and red edges. The helmet also had links to teh Cytronian hive mind, my mind communication device and it's linked to everyone and anyone of the army. It's bullet proof and temperature resistant. It's also air tight and I could even survive in space with it. (well for only an hour before I need oxygen resupply) It also amplifies my strength, speed and reflexes. It has plasma rifle attachments and multiple hidden and non-hidden blades. (It was custom made and cost millions, but I love it to bits)
"Let's get this party started!" I said.

It's time to test my Laser Designator. I amied at a enemy wave... I saw my Bombership taking off and... BOOM! BOOM! BOOM! Yihaa! All those enemies got blown up! It works! The missilles also blew up the cyberbots.

It's a really bad idea to bomb the enemy wave, because our troops may be in close combat with any of the wave at any time. But you probably attacked the west wave. I'm currently controlling my troops though, Artifact, not you.
Missiles. "Dragon Riders, shoot down any missiles that you can see! Otherwise, keep on destroying those tanks." Thanks to the two new support classes, we were staying alive a lot more than the previous battle.

My scientists quickly stormed in the room. "Sir, we finished our Health Pack, our Data Pad and new Flamethrower!" I grabbed my mobile phone and called the Sergeant that was in the middle of the battle. "Yes?" he asked. "Sergeant, get all my men of the front!" I said. "Of course" he answered. 10 minutes later most of them were there. "Here, our new model Health Pack and Flamethrower. And now return to the front! The sticks need our help!". I followed my soldiers to the front, to assist them a bit. I stayed behind the Sticks shooting my Sniper Rifle at every Phoenix soldier i could see between the Sticks. I looked at my old sniper Rifle. "I will make a better model later" I tought.

Don't forget, the coin seeds also help...
We were in full combat with the southern army.
I ran up and activated my dual plasma rifle attachments (on each arm) and shot out at the phoenix troops. I'd make big leaps into the air and shoot as many phoenix troops as I could from above and then land and take out a couple more. They eventually realized my attack plan and as soon as I noticed that they were looking up and waiting for fire, I changed my plan. Mid-air I twisted and switched from plasma rifles to daggers and accelerated landing. As I landed threw out 13 daggers in all directions, each on killing a phoenix troop before they could even realize I've changed tactics. I then took out 10 more daggers (5 in each hand) and threw 5 at a time. I occasionally missed my intended target, except there were so many phoenix troops clustered together than it was bound to hit one. I had to have very quick reaction times as I was running at max speed and only had a moment to throw knives and change direction before they start shooting, for even though the armor is bullet resistant, multiple shots in the same spot does dent it.
"Almost as easy as the training simulator. Let's just see if my stamina has improved at all..." I said to myself. I'll get a lot of time to fight as the army was massive and even with the help of the cytronians this battle will take hours and hours of fighting.
"Qwerty, update on the virtual front. Lev and Artifact, what's going on at the east wall? Is the hole still being protected?" I said after receiving updates from the devastators attacking on the west.

Pie: Things don't look good. They are denying me access to the rest of the system and attempting to break into this one and clear what data I do have. I'm backing up what I can, but I can't plug the loopholes forever. If we can defend this base and reconnect the network, I'll have to manually restore this backup, assuming the hard-drive-frying virus they are uploading is unsuccessful. Wait a second...
*Pie turns off the computer*
Nevermind.

"Good, information secure. Quick thinking Pie." I said with a slight giggle.
"As for the east, I've sent two of Rabid's bezerkers to help you deal with the Heavy Weapons." I said.
The battle at the west was going well. Lucky for us they hadn't been able to fully gather at the west and have equal forces coming at us from all sides. The forces are stronger at the east, medium at the north and south and small at the west. The east is where the hole in the wall is.
I eventually ran out of knives to throw and switched back to my plasma rifles, although not as quite as the knives, they still did the job.

"Memzakian Army Trooper" You do realize we have very few of those. VERY few, the general army is mostly comprised of cytronians, due to them being easy to produce and not too expensive.
"Lucky you can play powder game. That game is so fun!" I said after Pie told me he was playing it.
It's time to finish this battle at the south. I unloaded the plasma rifle attachments and then pressed a button on my belt. I held out my hand.
"Clamaxti!" I said as it materialized in my hand after being stored in it's alternate dimension.
"Time to rock this party."

(OOC: Playing Imperial March as I write this XD. And Rank 9s or above automatically have 2nd weapons.)
I charged into the front lines, jumping onto a tank, wearing my Mach Punch 1. I pummeled it and then punched it hard enough through the window to destroy the steering controls, causing the tank to veer into another, making both explode. Aleksandry charged with his Iron Sword 1, slicing the top off of a tank, and jumpign into it, slicing up the enemy men. The whipper Rank 9 ran at the infantry with his Stone whip, killing some with the whip, and some with the cascade of stones.
The Sniper Rank 9 took his triple shot and focused all three shots into the head of a heavy weapons infantryman, going through and hitting another. He repeats this several times. Mikhail Took his Handgun 1 and started shooting tank drivers through the windows in the heads, disabling many tanks. He then took his starter gun and proceeded to mow down infantry with both guns. The Grenade Thrower Rank 9 tossed several of his Frag Grenade 1s onto the top of a tank. The resulting explosion took out several infantrymen around the tank.
The Magician Rank 9 used his Explosion 1 to take out several infantrymen with one shot, exploding a heavy weapon infantry's bazooka, taking out a good chunk of the heavy weapons battalion. The Conjurer Rank 9 got to work on the light infantry, with his Chain Wand 1 atacks hitting a second person whenever they hit (and they home too), thinning down their infantry. The Enchanter Rank 9 used his Pierce Blade 1 to pierce through infantry, thinnign them down further. He then attacked a tank, with the blade's magic attack piercing into the tank, killing the crew.
The Priest Rank 9 sstrode forward with hsi strong aura, greatly increasing our troop's abilities to fight. He also took down some infantry wtih his Wood Staff 1. The Medic Rank 9 dashed forward into the enemies, slaughtering them with his Sharp Scalpel 1, healing our men when he did damage. The Medalwalker Rank 9 ran with the Ranged Classes, beheading infantry with his Bronze Disc 1s. He threw several onigiri to our men, and tossed some coins onto dead soldiers, reviving them.
The Wheel Rider Rank 9 blew up tanks left and right with his Superior Gun-Cannon 1, blowing through the tank hulls when he hit. The Dragon Rider Rank 9 circled the battlefield, cutting jagged swathes in the enemy with his Explosion Ray 1, blowing most of what it hit to pieces.
With this powerful attack by my commanders, we began to press into the East army. Our morale was increased, and our regular men performed better.

The battlefield was littered with phoenix and cytronian troops. Clamaxti was cutting through the phoenix army like butter.
All you'd see were limbs and body parts flying everywhere despite the heavy armor some of them were wearing.
The battle at the south was going well. Then they brought out the cannon. A massive 360 degree fast reloading plasma cannon. It was burning cytronians by the minute. I'd have to be careful as even though my armor is supremely strong and the plasma won't melt it, I'll be cooked alive on the inside if I stay in it for too long.
"Time to float like a butterfly... sting like a bee!" I said as I ran towards the canon, stabbed it in the dead center and then retreated. I then ran up and attacked from the dead center at the opposite side of the cannon. I then hit a bit off center on the opposite side and vice versa. Eventually all the stabs made lines on the cannon. The reason I had retreat was to avoid getting plasma all over...
Time to finish this I thought. I then sprinted up to the cannon and jumped on top of it and put all my effort in a precise strike at the top. The cannon then just collapsed on itself.
"I'm sure glad they only brought one plasma cannon to the south, those things are tough!" I said.
With only infantry troops left, the battle at the south was practically won, and within minutes all phoenix infantry at the south had been eradicated.
"The battle at the South as been won, any of the other fronts need reinforcements by these Cytronians and I?" I said over the communications.

It began clanking, and I jumped off, launching myself back to my army. As I landed, the tank exploded, destroying the east army. "-one. To the Western Army!" I brought my army around the outpost.

"To the north for me! I've heard that the drone core up north needs help, the west needs help too so Lev do exactly what you are doing. I'm going to help up north..."
We ran through the outpost and arrived at the north, to be greeted by a another army... larger than the south though, its a wonder the drone core kept them all at bay!
"Anyone who'd care to help up north, I think we'll need it." I said over the communications.
