Yes indeed, we are getting a space tier. Mostly high commanders and executors. The UF will be giving us some of their best space tier soldiers to command. High Commanders and Executors will have equal ground here.
i can't say much at the moment but we're still 100s of posts of tech away. But we have already planned it!

Ah dangit, I was about to make this. We should probably only use it in "futuretech" or at the very least late-postmodern RP, so it shouldn't really be canon in most situations.

It is part of our military. So it will be used.

Clockwork, We're not at that tech level yet. This is postmodern so far. shouldn't really be canon. If we had some ubertech dimensional travel device from year 99999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999, I wouldn't use it now.

Yeah, the goal of this place is to have fun. There's no fun in nuking all our enemies from space without even having battles. There's a reason the conquistadors slaughtered the Maya, and you can bet that an RP of that wouldn't be very fun. We can't use something the other side doesn't have, unless they have some equivalent. It's gotta be balanced or we get no fun, and the goal here is to have fun, of course.

Judging by it's power and how long it'll take to research, I've decided that it'll only be complete once we defeat phoenix. (Because then the whole length of the war would have lasted the whole of the post modern canon and we'll have moved on to the new cannon.)
I love the idea of Brystingur, but I'll have to agree with Pie on the fact that it's too advanced for our current cannon. (Yes I know all it's advantages and disadvantages)
But we can plan ahead in this thread, I approve of that.

This, there is nothing TOO high in tech level that means we can't do this.
It's a space station, with a laser. The hurdles are keeping men in space with muscle mass and health that is optimum for survival. The way of getting so much weight into space. And getting hundreds of mirrors in space and to get them to rotate in a very organized way.

Yeah, we can do anything tech-level-wise, but this would only be able to be used in future-tech things, in which case the enemy would probably have the same.

Perhaps as we hit the year 2050?
And I'd say we're in about 2018 Now. (Started in 2009, RP time here goes faster than IRL time)

I certainly hope this war hasn't gone on for 9 years.
Anyway, if we get to a certain point we would branch off into earlypostmodern and latepostmodern, no doubt.

I never said the war was 9 years long I only said WE've been around for 9 years. Since the first post in this board was made (back in the days when regzal posted and when we had a glitchy news fader) that was when we started. Since the board glitched into non-exsistance the army itself was still around, just at no location on the planet and not doing anything other than surviving. As soon as we came back and started a bit of things and then waged war we came back and first 'appeared' in the antarctic. Or something like that...
Or you can disregard all I said above and just go by the fact that we have been around and alive (probably in some random island) starting up for a couple months or so... (for RP purposes as the Board as down during that time) and then when we started the war we all shipped and flew down to the antarctic and basically grew and gained activity since... XD
